“Hello?” Moon Chaewon picked up the phone after the third rings. She was cooking her dinner, so she put the call on speaker.

“What are you cooking?” asked someone on the call.

Chaewon laughed, “How do you know?”

“You seem a bit startled, even if you pick my call pretty quick,” the caller answered.

“Japchae for tonight. Wanna try some?” she joked.

“Down for it. I am around your area right now. I’ll be there in 15,” the caller wrapped up the conversation right away. Moon Chaewon a bit startled hearing that someone would come soon. She hurriedly finished her cooking, and did a rapid cleaning to her unit.

Almost 15 minutes later, her apartment's bell rang. She immediately opened the door, and found the man who just called her standing in front of her, lifted a couple of coffees he got downstair.

He didn't wait for Chaewon to let him in. After a light tap on her shoulder, he wlaked in and sat on her kitchen bar.

“I lied when I told you I was around your area,” he said while putting their coffee in front of them.

Moon Chaewon looked at him with a clear confusion.

“I already at the coffee shop in the lobby. Actually I want to make a surprise visit, but I don’t know if you like the idea of someone suddenly come without warn,” said him. Chaewon grinned at him.

“Even if you do this, it surprised me though.”

“So, I am hungry?” the man in front of her looked at Chaewon with those puppy eyes.

Chaewon moved to get their plates and put some japchae for them each.

“Wow, I don’t know that you can really cook traditional food.”

“Of course I know!” Chaewon answered in defense. “But maybe it isn’t that good.”

“Nope! It’s delicious. That’s why I am surprised for your skill. Good job, uri Chaewon-i,” he kept eating while giving her his left thumb.

“Enjoy your meal first, Oppa. You can talk later,” Chaewon started to squish her own meal.

They spent only 10 minutes to finish the food up. The man decided to do the dish after. Chaewon stood beside her, cut the leftover watermelon she bought previously.

“Hey, Chaewon.”

“Hmm?”

“You have no comment about my appearance right now?” the man straighten up himself beside Chaewon who still cut the watermelon into small bites. Chaewon stopped awhile and gave a full attention to him, looked at him from up to toe.

“You do lose a lot of weight, don’t you?”
That man nodded. He was kinda cute with those pursed lips.

Chaewon brought the small bites watermelon to her living room, put it on the table in front of her couch. Her guest followed her there and sat down on the floor, next to where she relaxed herself on the couch.

“Your fans notice it as well, don’t they?” Chaewon asked again. She picked one bite of watermelon.

“Yup,” her guest started to chew some fruits as well.

“And now you’re worry about how they will worry about you?” Chaewon kept on asking.

“Exactly,” the man reached for a remote, and turned on the TV in front of them.

“Joongi Oppa,” Chaewon called him after a while, seeking for his attention.

Lee Joongi, her guest, turned his head so that he could face the house owner better.
