Ashley's POV
"Ashley! Wake the fuck up! You have to see this!" I heard a voice calling me from the front of the bus. It was Andy. "Coming, mother!" I called out in response. He hates when I'm a smartass, especially in the morning.
I pulled on a pair of pajama pants, considering I had only been wearing boxers before and made my way toward the front of the bus.
Jake, Jinxx and Andy were sitting on the couch laughing their asses off. Confused, I asked "What's so funny?" To answer my question, CC stormed out of the bunk room and glared at the three which made them laugh even more.
It looked as if a five year old took a sharpie to his face. They had drawn a very thick line around his eyes, various music notes on his cheeks and a big Batman symbol on his forehead. Not only was there Sharpie on his face, but his chest as well. They had written 'I like dick' and then multiple hearts around it. Their laughter started to die down as CC just gave them the death glare. If looks could kill, I was sure they would be dead instantly.
"What the fuck,guys!"he yelled. His anger made them burst into laughter even louder than before, which I didn't think was even possible. In between giggles, Jinxx said "Hey, it was his idea!" pointing at Jake. "Hey, I didn't work alone. Who do you think drew that Batman symbol on your forehead?" Andy didn't respond but continued to laugh as CC glared at him.
"Hey, that was all I did. Jake wrote on your chest"Andy said before bursting out laughing. As if just realizing it, CC looked down at his bare chest and glared at them more. They howled with laughter as CC stormed off towards the bunks.
"Fuck you guys! How the hell am I supposed to get this off before the show?!" he demanded. Getting serious all of a sudden, Jinxx answered "Our show is tomorrow and alcohol works pretty well to remove sharpie. No CC, not drinking alcohol,like rubbing alcohol which is under the bathroom sink."
CC rushed into the bathroom and locked the door behind him. Shortly after, we heard "Ah, fuck! That burns! You didn't tell me that guys!" Jake just laughed than said "We thought it was a given." We heard the water start running signaling CC was going to shower and all groaned. He takes showers longer than everyone on the bus combined.
I walked over to the cupboard and pulled out a box of cereal then to the fridge to get the milk. I made myself a bowl of cereal and then plopped down on the couch next to Andy who was already texting Juliet.
Andy's POV
Ashley plopped down next to me and began eating his bowl of cereal. I didn't say anything so instead I continued to text Juliet. She kept wanting updates on how the tour was going and it only started four days ago.
With that, I got a notification from twitter that CC had tweeted
'@ccbvb: Look what the guys did :P they better watch their backs'as well as a picture of our masterpiece.
Juliet-so Watcha doin
Andy-if you must know I am sitting with ashley.
Juliet-no need to get grumpy. I was only curious
Andy-you're curious all the fuckin time.
Before I could text anything else, my phone rang and Juliet's caller ID showed up on the screen.
I got up from my seat on the couch and walked to the back room, closing the door behind me. I clicked the answer button and pressed the phone to my ear. "Hello?"
"Somebody sounds sleepy"
"Of course I sound sleepy it's seven in the fuckin morning and my girlfriend won't leave me alone!" why am I being so rude to the girl which I have been dating for over a year now?
"Well that's a nice way to talk to somebody you love." she said slightly angrily. She always had a bit of a short temper
"But I don't love you" I whispered to myself. Apparently she heard it too because she became enraged.
"What?! I knew you would bang some random whore on tour!" she shouted over the phone. I had to hold the phone away from my ear to keep from going deaf
"I never did that. I don't love you. I love someone else. I love you like a friend but I'm not sexually attracted to you." I don't even like girls I thought to myself
"Fuck you Andy!!!" she screamed then hung up. With that, I walked back towards the front of the bus and plopped down on the couch next to Ashley once more.
Ashley's POV
Andy answered his phone and then walked out of the room. I could hear him talking to who I guessed was Juliet and sat and strained my ears to hear their conversation.
"Of course I sound sleepy. It's seven in the fuckin morning and my girlfriend won't leave me alone!" I heard him shout. If only I could hear Juliet's response. She was always a bitch to us and got pissed very easily. The next part really shocked me. "But I don't love you." he said to himself. Next, I heard him say something about loving somebody else.
Who could he be talking about? Why can't I be them? Are Juliet and Andy breaking up? Does this mean I have a chance with Andy now? My thoughts were racing a mile a minute. I was pulled back to reality when Andy laid his head in my lap.
"So, what happened back there?" I asked trying to sound casual and hide the hopefulness in my voice. He sighed then rolled over so he was looking up at me. "I just broke up with Juliet." he said simply then closed his eyes. "That sucks. You upset about it?" I asked. He just shook his head and said "Nah, I've been crushing on someone else for a while now."
Unable to sit and listen to Andy confessing his feelings to someone else in front of me, I went to my bunk. My bunk. The one place on tour that I can be me. I grabbed my iPod and turned my music. The first song that came on had to be Far Away by Nickelback. Of all songs. I sat there and just listened to the words as I drifted off to sleep.
