Chapter 9

Luke's POV

So after I showed Dani my scars and we agreed to stop, we continued painting. But her room is still wet so she is gonna sleep in my room tonight. In my bed, with me. I just want to snuggle next to her and tell her everything is alright.
Right now she is getting dressed and made me turn around and close my eyes, she so adorable.
"Okay, you can turn around now." She says giggling. I turn around to see her in my t-shirt, it reaches the middle of her thighs, it hugs her curves tight, God she beautiful. How could I be any luckier? I know one day I'm gonna marry her.
"Hello Lukey are you ok?!" She asks waving her hand in my face. I blink a couple times and start laughing hysterically, she's laughing too and we fall onto the bed from our lungs collapsing from like of oxygen. Then my phone rings, I pick it up and answer not bothering to check caller ID, oh shit it's Calum. Um I've kinda got a secrete. I went to elementary school with the boys also known as Mikey, Cal, and Ash AND we've been friends since kindergarten, I just never went to their school after elementary. Oh and we are in a band.
"Hey Luke, we still up for practice tomorrow?" Calum ask through the phone.
"Yep still at my place." I say and Ashton yells
"Lukey we miss you!!!!!!" That makes me chuckle a little.
"Is Mikey there?" I ask, Michael has been really distant from me lately because of Dani, I know she cheated on Jason with Michael and they really had something special, but she broke it off when Jason found out and they all blamed her.
"Uhh yeah he is, wanna talk to him?" Calum asks
" Yeah." I get up and tell Dani Ill be right back, she looks suspicious but nods.
"Luke?" Michael asks.
"Yeah, listen mikey I'm really sorry about dani, I miss my friend" I say in hopes that he'll forgive and move on.
"I know Luke, it just hurt to see you two together since I still have feelings for her, but I'm moving on and I forgive you bud, I will see ya tomorrow at practice" he says and I sigh in relief
" Wait one more thing, I'm gonna get dani to forgive yall, and read you letter." He says he hopes it works and we hang up. I walk into the room and see dani in my bed with the letter unfolded in her hands, while she reads a few tears splash on the paper like rain on the side walk. She looks up when she hears me walk in. She hands me the letter and said
"That's the third time I read it since you walked out," she sniffles and continues ," I feel so mean for not forgiving them, I mean I know the pressure there going through I just refuse to see that there innocent and pure," she finished and wrap my arms around her.
"Well you'll get to say you forgive them tomorrow," I say and squeeze my eyes shut. She looks at me blankly be fore I continue.
"I've been best friends with them since kindergarten and I just haven't gone to school with yall since 5th year, we still kept close and we started a band, that's why my garage has so many instruments and tomorrow we have practice, so you'll get to watch and say your peace." I say and she's smiling, wait what? I thought she'd be screaming at me.
"Luke that's amazing I can have all my friends back, and I really wanna here you guys, I'm sure your amazing."
"Oh thank god your happy, I thought you would hate me for not telling you." I say and she says
"I am kinda sad you didn't tell me earlier but I know you were just trying to protect me." She replies.
"Let's get to bed," I say and we get under the covers, I pull her into my chest with my arm around her waist and we fall asleep peacefully.

The Next Morning

I wake up with Dani in my arms lightly snoring. She looks so adorable! I grab my phone and try not to wake her up , I keep one arm wrapped around her and take a picture of us with the other and tweet it. I check the time and it's 11am, the guys are gonna be here in about an hour I better wake up Dani. She stirs in her sleep and turns to me, her eyes flutter open and she kisses my nose
"Morning Luke," she says and snuggles into me.
"Morning Dani, the guys are gonna be here in about an hour" I say and she gets up.
"I'm going to take a shower , in my beautiful bathroom." She giggles and kisses my cheek, I groan not wanting her to leave but she does anyway. I get up and put on my clothes, go to the garage and start to get the instruments out. Then about 11:30 Dani comes down stairs in a blink shirt with ripped black skinny jeans and black high top converse (in the picture above) she is looking at the guitars, basses, drum boxes and then turns to me.
"How did you afford all of this Luke, this most of cost hundreds of thousands of dollars" she asks stunned.
"Well, my mom and dad are the owners of two major record labels so, I get this stuff." I say gesturing to all the things.
Just then 3 major dorks come walking into the garage and stop when they see Dani. She looks at me then runs to the three of them and engulfs them in a major hug and says that she sorry she didn't forgive them earlier and that she was so stupid to think they were lying, but Michael stops her and says,
"It's okay Dan," and hugs her the others nod and we all go into a big group hug. Now we are all laughing our asses off and eating pizza because Dani is telling us embarrassing stories of the boys and they are telling embarrassing stories about her. This is great I'm so happy to have my soon to be girlfriend and best friends, best friends again. Then I realized its 1:00!!!! We are 30 minuets late to upload the cover.
"Uh, guys I hate to interrupt this butttttttt it's 1:00pm we were supposed to upload 30 minuets ago" I say and the boys run to their spots, ash on a stool, Mikey far left on the white leather couch on guitar, cal in the middle and me on the right with guitar, right after I kiss Dani on the cheek. I wave of "awwwwws" are heard and we blush as I sit down. And Ashton starts the video,
"Hey guys, we are 5 seconds of Summer and we are doing Jasey Rae by ATL" and with that we're off. We finish the video and Dan starts clapping with tears in her eyes , and she shouts,
"Holy shit, yall are fucking amazing!!!!" She says and runs over and sits on on the arm of the couch between Michael and Ashton while putting her arms on their shoulders. Calum looks at me and winks, then says
"Dani, it's your turn to sing for us, we miss your beautiful voice gurrrllllllll." He says as if he is a brat rich girl. We all crack up laughing and dani runs out the room, we start to get sad, like maybe we upset her but then, she comes back in with her guitar. We all smile and ash starts a video without her knowing because she would never actually share her voice with the world, even though it's probably beautiful. I haven't heard her yet, I'm excited.
