A regular girl that goes to a pretty regular school, but its not so regular underneath.
She jumped out the car with her bag and opened the front door, as it opened she saw her dad and brother sitting on the sofa watching a football match, she didn't know who was playing as she didn't care to watch football. "Hello love," her dad shouted trying to be louder than the TV "Alright Alexis" her brother asked She took off her coat, hung it on the end of the bannister, and ran upstairs. She threw her rucksack on her desk chair causing it to spin a couple of times. She jumped on her bed and grabbed her phone from her pocket, she immediately started texting as she ternt on the TV.
Vicky x
"hey" she texted
"hey girl" Vicky replied
"Why weren't you at school today? Jamie blue was asking where you were, you know I think he likes you!" she asked
"I'm really really sick. Did Jamie really ask where I was????!!!"
"yea, he asked me and I was like umm I'm really not sure, that was the first time he's ever said a word to me."
The girls carried on texting about boys and how Vicky had a crush on nearly every boy in school. After a while the girls stopped texting because Vicky needed to do her homework. Alexis Wasn't an ordinary teenager, she never argued with her parents, she didn't watch a lot of Netflix and she didn't have a boyfriend or even have a crush, Alexis's brother Max was the complete opposite, he asked for things all the time, dated every girl in his class over the last two years and was a real jock, that was the reason they didn't get along and why Alexis chose to ignore him. One of the only things Alexis enjoyed doing was reading, she'd read every book in her house just to pass the tie, where as the only book Max had ever read was a book about how to pull a girl and he only rally read it because he needed to.
The next morning Alex woke up she walked over to her desk to see what she had first period, she had art first, she was really good at art but she wouldn't let herself see that. She especially didn't like art because she had to sit next to Cassidy Grey in art, the schools popular girl, her art teacher Miss Maynn enjoyed teaching Alexis because she was quiet and didn't interrupt the lesson like most people in Alex's class. Miss Maynn always told the students to express them selves in in different ways so if the class had finished there work she asked them to start sketching what came to mind.
Alex let out a slight "ugh" and carried on packing her bag for that days lessons. After she packed all her books she walked to the bathroom to brush her teeth, half way through she stared at her self in the mirror, each time she blinked it was slower than the last. She wiped the toothpaste from her lip and looked down, a tear started to role down her cheek causing her noise to go red, she herd her mum start to walk down the hallway so she quickly wiped the tear away and splash her face with cold water.
