Shot 4 - Love and Crosses

There is a complete silence between them.
Neil realised that he split out his feelings.
He left her.
Hot tears made their way to her cheeks.
Neil : A..Avni..v..vo...
He tried to justify.
He felt a not soo hard slap on his face.
Neil didn't utter a word.
He closed his eyes.
Avni turned into a crying mess.
Avni : Issliye kaha tha ki tum "IDIOT" ho.
Neil looked at her with a sad and guilty expression.
Neil : I..I'm sorry.
Avni : Sorry??
What do u mean Neil??
Batao.
Sorry kehne ka kya matlab hain Neil??
Avni slapped him not for proposing her,she slapped him because he hide his feelings.
Ali was the saviour of their lives.

Avni held his cholar.
Neil looked at her and gulped.
Neil : Avni listen..pls...calm down.
Avni : Calm down??
Bohot aram se baat kar rahe ho na tum??
Meri fikar hee nahi hain tumhe.
Saying this she started crying.
Neil felt bad for her.
Neil : Avni pls...aisa baat math karo.
Avni : Meri zindagi hee ek khel jaisi ban gayi.
Ek mujhe pyar ke naam pe dhoka diya,majboor Kiya.
Aur ek mujhe bohot pyar karte hue bhi saath saal se ye baat mujh se chupa ke rakha hain.
Neil shocked at her words.
Avni : Kya meri life yahi hain Neil??
Neil is thinking that how could she come to know about his feelings??
Avni : Kya soch rahe ho ab??
Ali ne sab kuch bata diya mujhe.
Neil looked at her with a blank and shocked expression.
Avni started moving from there.
Neil : Avni rukh..
Avni : Baat math karo mujhse.
Neil : Avni meine kaha rukh jao.
Avni is looking like unstoppable.
Neil catched her and pulled her towards him.
Avni : Chodo mujhe.
Neil : Nahi...ab aur nahi.
Avni : Meine kaha chodo.
Neil : Kaha na nahi chodunga.
Avni looked away.
Neil : Mein kabhi bhi galat nahi thi Avni.
Tum hee batao kaise batau mein apni feelings ko ye jante hue bhi tum vidyut se pyar karte ho.
Avni : Meine vidyut se kabhi pyar hee nahi kiya hain.
She shouted at once.
This is another shocking for him.
Neil : K..kya??
Avni : Tum batao Neil.
Agar ek insan kahega ki "tumhara Bina mein mar marjaunga" tho phir tum kya karogi Neil??

Neil kept silent all the time.
Avni :Pata hain uss din kya haal tha mera..??

Uss din vidyut ne building ke upar se guth ne ki dhamki diya tha.

Avni fell on her knees while crying.
Neil eyes filled with tears after looking her in that state.
He bent on his knees infront of her and hugged her.
Neil : I'm soo sorry Avni.Im sorry.
Avni is sobbing and crying.
At last she hugged him and cried her heart out.
Avni : Kabhi kabhi lagta hain ki ye sab mere sath hee kyun ho raha hain.
Neil : sshh...
Avni looked at him.
Avni : Agar tum nahi hota na Neil...mein kab ka mar chuka hota.
Neil : Avnii plsss aisa bath math karo..plss...
Avni : I don't want this kind of life Neil.
Mein bhi hamesha khush rehna chahthi hoon...baki logon ki tarah.
Neil wiped her tears.
Neil : Ek chance doge mujhe??
Sirf ek chance....hamesha yaha kaid kar rakunga.
He asked her pointing his heart.
Sirf ek chance.
Neil asked her while pleading.
Avni hugged him and cried again.
Neil : I love you...I love you soo much.
And he kissed on her head.
Later they pulled away from the hug.
Neil : Now no more crying.
Avni meine Aaj Tak Jo bhi socha tha vo tumhare kushi ke liye socha tha.
Mujhe sach mein nahi pata ki tum vidyut se pyar nahi karte ho.
Avni : Lekin tum samajna chahiye na??
Ek tum hee ho mujhe achi tarah se samaj lete ho.
Iss baar aisa kyun samaj nahi paya tum??
Neil : Avni pyar Jo hota hain na...vo kabhi himmat deti hain kabhi kamjhori bhi ban jati hain aur kabhi selfish and selfless bhi hota hain.
Avni mujhe laga tum vidyut se pyar karte ho,aur mein uss vakt tumhe propose karke selfish nahi Banna chahthi thi.
Because neither my love is selfish nor me.
Lekin sorry,iss baar aisa nahi hoga.
Ab kabhi bhi tumhe akela nahi chodunga.
Neil : Avni zindagi hum dono ko ek aur moka de rahi hain.
Love is a gift that God gave us to enjoy.

Avni is staring at him with new emotions.
Neil : So My dear bestie,would u like to give me a chance??
Iss baar kabhi kahi jaane nahi dunga.
Tumhe bhi meri tarah ek na ek din mujhse pyar ho hee jayega.
Aur uss vakt ke liye mein apni Puri zindagi intezaar kar sakta hoon mein.
Avni : Uski jaroorat nahi hain.
Neil frowned.
Avni wiped her tears looking down.
A small smile crept on her face.
Neil slightly bent and looked at her face who is blushing and smiling.
Avni hugged him keeping her head on his chest.
Neil smiled happily and hugged her back tightly.

Neil chuckled with tears.
He is very happy after listening those beautiful words from her.
He is waiting for these beautiful words from her since 7years.
Finally the day has arrived.

He kissed on her forehead.
Avni again started crying.
Avni : Agar ab tak mera shadi vidyut ke sath ho chuki tho???
Neil wiped har tears and he held her face in his warm hands.

And again he hugged her tightly.
She felt peace in his arms and hugged him back.
After sometime they pulled away from the hug.
Neil : Ab ghar chale??
Sab tumhare liye dund rahe hain.
Avni frowned.
Avni : Dund rahe hain matlab??
Neil : Arre...tum Bina bataye aise chale aaye tho sab pareshan tho honge na Avni.
Avni : L..lekin meine Shweta aunty aur bebe ko bata diya ki mein bahar jarahi hoon.
Thodi der akele rehna chahti thi mein iss liye mein unse kaha tha ki mein beach ja rahi hoon.
Neil : Whattt??
Avni : Haa sab ko pata hain ki mein bahar aayi hoon.
