The night had fallen long ago. Outside was dark, but he could still see the beautiful garden with lots of flowers from all types, colors and shapes planted in it thanks to the moonlight. He looked up to see many beautiful stars shining, as if they wanted to make company for the full moon up in the sky. There was a warm breeze, very common for a summer night, although he always appreciated those, every day. He stepped outside of the cabin closing the door behind him quietly and walked to a special spot on the garden.

Memories hit him as he sat down on the grass, the day him and his wife moved to the beautiful cabin, or the day he proposed and she said yes, making him the happiest man on Earth. The day she received him with a nice meal and they both had a picnic in front of the lake. The light waves seemed to be making some kind of melody that made him feel so light. He could see the shining reflection of the moon in the lake and couldn't help but think about his dear wife. To his eyes, her smile was even brighter than the sun, and her eyes shined stronger than all the stars in the sky whenever she got excited about something. She was ten times more beautiful than this view. He saw the wind moving the flowers and thought about when they both went to town to buy the seeds and spent the whole day planting them together. He couldn't help but smile, after all the hardships they both went through, now he was outside his home, Ina peaceful night, and everything was alright. He finally picked a flower and went back inside. He walked up the stairs. His wife was sleeping in bed, looking so peaceful. He decided to just leave the flower on her hand, so she could see it once she woke up, although she suddenly opened her eyes to look at him.

"Saeran?" She said in a low voice.

"Sorry for waking you up" he replied with a sweet voice

She simply smiled looking at the rose he was holding

"What's that?" She asked, visibly curious.

"I just thought of the day we met, then the day I fell in love, and when we promised to be together forever. I gave you roses, do you remember what they mean?"

She thought about it for a moment, then replied.

"White roses, it was a type of love" she said, although she was falling asleep again "pure love" she said.

The man nodded with a slight blush on his face.

"We promised to be together and be there for each other. And that's what I'll do, every day, I will be someone who can protect you. Thank you for believing in me, and thank you for loving me"

She smiled, thinking about her wedding, and the promise they made that day.

"What flower is this?" The girl in a wedding dress asked

"It's a Gypsophila, it's my promise to you. I'll love you, today, tomorrow, and always" the groom replied.

"Today, tomorrow and always?" She asked. About to fall back asleep.

"Today, tomorrow and always" he replied kindly. "Now let's go back to sleep, my love" he said as she closed her eyes again while he looked outside the window, feeling like the luckiest man
