"Ever since you became Danzo's hostage... You're just a burden to me, Karin."

The beautiful red-haired woman had to feel the pain and tightness in her chest again every time she recalled the tragic events some time ago. Where she almost died at the hands of the man she loved so much. She was willing to do and sacrifice anything, even if she had to risk her own life to save the man. No problem. Because that's how she shows her feelings of love.

In fact she had almost died many times at the hands of the enemy just to protect that man.

In fact, she had repeatedly given her chakra to the man.

In fact, she had felt hurt many times because of the man's cold and indifferent attitude towards her.

But she always managed to survive. Strengthen herself. Rearranging her heart to stay by the man's side no matter what. Until finally the unexpected incident happened. Where she was thrown away by the man like useless trash.

It's really tragic. But that's what happened. Now she chose to forget everything. Forgetting her bad past by replacing it with a new, much better life.

Now Karin is happy with her new life. Which is recognized as a resident of the village of Konohagakure, working as a medic at the village hospital, and trying to be a good wife to the man who married her six months ago.

How perfect is Karin's life. Even if she looks back, it was the tragic events of that time that ultimately led her to the happy life she is now. She didn't regret it. a little bit. In fact, she is very grateful to that, Very very grateful.

"Dreaming again." A familiar masculine voice interrupted Karin's thoughts.

The figure of a handsome silver-haired man appeared from behind the door. Stepping inside approached his wife who was pensive on the balcony of their apartment.

"Welcome home, Kakashi." Karin greeted with a sweet smile. Immediately gave a warm hug to her beloved husband. Enjoying the warmth and soothing aroma that emanates from the husband's muscular body.

"I am back." Kakashi returned the hug. He wrapped his arms around Karin's back and slender waist. Tight and protective. He buried his head in the woman's neck. Inhaling the distinctive aroma that makes it addictive. "Don't daydream too much! That's not good." He started his short talk. Lectures that always contain the same thing every time.

An amused smile tugged at Karin's thin lips hearing Kakashi's words, "I know. But... I can't if I don't think about you and him for a day."

A frown appeared on Kakashi's forehead, indicating that he was thinking about something and didn't really like the last words his wife had said.

"Are you thinking about Sasuke again?" Kakashi asked to the point. Release the hug between them. Looking at Karin's beautiful face that looked tired.

The smile on Karin's face grew wider, "If I say yes, will you be jealous again?" There was a hint of mischief in her words. Playing her slender fingers on Kakashi's chest.

A heavy sigh escaped from the lips of the former sixth hokage, "Look, son! Your mother is even thinking about another man. Your mother should only think of you, right?" His big hand gently caressed Karin's slightly bulging stomach. Where the existence of the fruit of their love has grown well in there.

Karin's crisp laugh just came out. However, she doesn't look as graceful as she used to be. Now she has changed a lot. Both the mindset, behavior, and appearance. Anybody. would be surprised to see Karin who was now among the men who had been watching her from afar since before Kakashi's arrival.

"You're still jealous of Sasuke. Even though you're going to be a father soon." Karin said still smiling amused seeing her husband's jealous attitude.

"Of course I have to be jealous. That means I love you." Kakashi knelt before Karin. Hugging his wife's belly with love and care. Put his cheek there. "Ah, it seems he agrees with my opinion." A faint smile graced the handsome face that usually looked lazy and uninspired when he felt the active movements in his wife's stomach.

"Yeah, fine. You guys win." Karin said relented. Caressed Kakashi's head while smiling gently. Then he said again, "I was just thinking... What a wonderful plan god had did to my life. At first I felt very hurt and suffering, but in the end I understood something. If Sasuke didn't hurt me and almost killed me that time, then You won't come into my life. We may never meet and end happily like now."

The man who was still wearing the Anbu uniform was silent, observing every word that Karin said. The smile on his lips grew wider but did not show his white teeth. He slightly tightened the hug on Karin's stomach. Closed his eyes. Feel every second that passes with loved ones.

"You are right." Kakashi said slowly. Relieved and happy at the same time. "We should be grateful to god at all times. Because god's destiny has brought us together." he said again.

"Hmm." Karin nodded in agreement with Kakashi's words, She wrapped her arms around her husband's head. Closed her eyes enjoying the beautiful moments they created. "I love you..." And those words ended the conversation between them.

"I love you too..." Kakashi replied sincerely and he kissed karin passionately and landed a light kiss on the top of Karin's stomach as he whispered softly, "Father loves you too, my son. Be quick! Mommy and Daddy can't wait for you to come."

They smile together. Share warmth and happiness. Without realizing the presence of another figure who looked sadly but full of relief towards them.

"Looks like you've been living happily ever after, Karin. I'm glad to see that." Said the mysterious figure: while smiling. Very thin. Then it disappeared in the blink of an eye.

God's plan is indeed beautiful. The life that was originally full of tears and suffering has now turned into full of happiness. That's what happened to Karin Uzumaki-who has now changed her name to Karin Hatake.
