I'm Fine..

The First Day Of School.

I sat up in my bed and yawned " it is the first day of school!" I said excitedly to myself.

I got up and out of bed stretched out my arms and yawned a huge yawn. I look over at the clock in suprise " oh shit I'm going to be late!" I mumbled. The time was 6:30 and I had to be there by seven, I picked out a cute outfit and put it on. I hurried down the stairs and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I grabbed a banana on the way out and trotted happily to school.

I looked around, it was huge! Probably the biggest school I'd ever seen. I stepped in the gate with my backpack hanging off my left shoulder, took a deep breath in and made my way up the stairs into the building.

It was even bigger on the inside I checked the time and it was eight ten! No wonder people were staring at me I found class 201 and the door creaked open a girl in the front exclaimed "oh look the new kid finally decided to show up!" The whole class started laughing at me and staring. My face turnt red in embarrassment and I took a seat at the back of the class.

The teacher soon walked in and the room went quiet. "Hello everybody my name is miss James and I will be your teacher this year." It was dead silent until another kid in the row in front of me chimed in and said " excuse me miss James the peasant in the back was late" he scowled and the teacher looked at me and asked is that true miss Miller." Her voice was stern I swallowed and mumbled "yes miss James I was late." The whole class starting to whisper to one another I couldn't hear but I knew they were talking about me the rest of the day was and an imbarassment I could tell I wasn't going to like it here. 

The final bell rang and I stormed out the door with my backpack shedding a tear today was awful but I'll give tommorow a chance I told myself. I walked in the house my mom sat on the couch asked " how was your day honey!?" I didn't answer I sped up and ran into my room. 

Well let's hope tommorow is okay! I tried to stay happy but I couldn't help but cry a bit.
