In the country of France its' wine and champagne

But in the US its whiskey and moonshine to dull the pain

An addiction so sweet it helps numb the mind

And helps mends some wounds with scars left behind

A gentleman at heart mind and nature

The type of person a good girl seeks I'd wager

However, that doesn't mean we don't have demons of the past

That just seem to consume us with every sip from a glass

We need a good girl to help us be good
