Chapter 16

Sky's POV
Indi and I sang the ending, and the crowd went crazy.
Indi walked off the stage, and I followed her.
Everything was going great, then I saw a face I didn't think I would see again.
She didn't seem to me and I pulled Indi and Jason off to the side.

"Adam, what's wrong?" Indi asked me.

I looked at her.
"I need you to stay with Jason." I told her.

"Sky, what's going on?" Jason asked.

"Dawn's here." I told them.

Indi touched my arm.

"Stay around Jason." I told her.

"I don't want to, what if she does something to you?" She asked sounding worried.

"Better me, than you." I said.

Indi's POV
This is the last thing I wanted to happen.

"Please, Indi do what I ask." He told me again.

I took Jason's arm and looked back at Adam.

"Thank you." He said.

"I love you." I said.

"I love you too." He said.
He kissed my forehead and walked over to where Dawn was.

I really hope it goes well.

"He'll be fine." Jason reassured me.

Sky's POV
I walked over to where Dawn was but made it seem like I didn't noticed her.

"I had a feeling I would run into you." She said.

I turned and faced her.
"I didn't realize you were invited." I said.

"It's a party for your fans Adam, you didn't think I would take this opportunity to see you?" She said.

"No, I didn't." I said honestly.

Dawn's expression changed.
"So you moved on?" She asked.

I nodded my head.
"Yeah, it took me awhile, but I did." I told her.

"What's her name?" She asked.

Then my expression changed.
"You seriously think I'm going to tell you?" I asked her.

"Guess not." She said.

"She has nothing to do with this, leave her out of this." I told her.

"Oh so now you're defensive about your girlfriends?" She asked.

I'm about to lose it.
"I was always defensive!" I shouted which made everyone look at us with the music off.

Indi's POV
I heard Adam yelling.
Jason and I looked over to where they were.

"Not with me." She said.

"Then why would I ask you to marry me?!" He stated.

"Adam, where is she?" She asked.

I wanted to run over but Jason took a hold of me.
"Let me go Jason." I told him.

"I will, but let them talk for a bit." He said.

I nodded my head and waited.

"She's out right now." Adam told Dawn.

"You're lying! I know you are!" She shouted.

They stared at each other for a while.
Then Dawn just snapped and slapped Adam across his face.
As soon as it happened, Jason let me go and I ran over to them.

"Stop!" I shouted as I hugged Adam.

Sky's POV
I saw that Indi was hugging me tightly and I hugged her back.
"Stop, please, stop." She said with tears in her eyes.

I let out a sigh.
I hugged her tightly.

"I'm here." She told her.

"I told you," Dawn started, "you were lying."

Indi stood in front of me.
"What do you want?" She asked Dawn.

Dawn was about to grab her but Jason stopped her.
"Dawn, I think you've caused enough trouble," he started, "it's time for you to leave."

She looked around at everyone.
"Your friends always stand by you," she started, "that bitch there and your stupid fans! No one stands by me!"

"Do you not see why?" Indi asked.

She's hooked her head.

"We didn't came to his channel cuz of you," Indi started, "we came because of Adam."

She was in shock.
After a while she left the place.
Indi and I faced each other.
She placed her hand on my cheek.
I held her hand in place.

"It's fine, I'm ok." I reassured her.

She looked up at me, then she gave a small smile.
Then people at the party started to clap.
I looked all around and faced Indi.
We hugged each other.

Jason patted my back.

"Baby," I started, "it's ok."

She hugged me tighter while crying.

"Shhh, baby I'm alright." I told her again.

She put her hand on my cheek where Dawn slapped me.

"I'm alright." I told her again.

She hugged me without hesitation and so tightly.

Dawn is gone now, and I don't think she'll come back.
Now I can now enjoy my life with my recruits, friends and my girlfriend, Indi.
