Jin entered and joined the crowd of people enjoying the atmosphere in the club. But his eyes only scanned his surroundings. He focused on finding Jungkook, but he wanted to meet Taehyung.
Someone tapped him on the shoulder, making him slightly startled and turning around.
"So you're here," Taehyung said.
"Where's Jungkook?"
Jin said directly. His palms were cold, and sweaty. Jungkook really made him restless.
"Follow me"
Taehyung grabbed Jin's hand and pulled him gently. They walked to a place that wasn't too crowded, but a little hidden.
"He's there"
Taehyung pointed to one of the VIP tables that were being occupied by two drunk people, Jungkook and his only friend Chaeyoung.
"I don't understand why they say they are studying. What are they studying at a club..."
Jin sat down with a desperate face. Seeing the two of them having fun together, his heart suddenly felt strange. Feels not good. He felt something cut his heart. He felt sad. But he held back so that no tears fell from his eyes.
'Is this called jealousy?' Jin said in his mind.
He just watched from afar. He did not approach them.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you sad, and snitch to you about this. But I just---" Taehyung said who had not finished his sentence.
"No. You don't need to apologize. I don't find your fault"
Then they were silent for a while, while still watching the two people from a distance who were getting more and more engrossed in their world.
"Are you... already dating him?"
Jin replied with a bitter smile while shaking his head.
"But you chose him over me"
Taehyung looked into Jin's eyes who didn't look back at him at all. Instead, his gaze still didn't stop watching Jungkook and Chaeyoung.
"Jin?"
Taehyung tried to make Jin wake up from his silence.
"Kim Seokjin?"
He called Jin once again.
But Jin who was still silent, now his gaze changed. His eyes sparkled even more with the puddles of tears.
