"I think I'm in love with you, Helena"
Helena ignored Bel, she felt shy and did not expect that. Bel was waiting for her response yet she stayed quiet, Bel bit his lips.
"I'm sorry Helena, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable, forget everything I just said."
As Bel was about to leave, Helena grabbed his sleeves.
"Please wait for me... I am unsure about my feelings for you yet, so please?"
"I understand, take your time Helena, no rush."
Bel smiled before he left.
A week later...
"Say, How do you know if you like someone?"
Helena asked
"Uhhhm.." Clara stuttered, she pause for a moment before speaking "Woah, I never thought this question would be difficult"
"Bel confessed to me last week and I haven't gave him an answer yet" Helena said
"Hmm, maybe if you're interested in him? Or you get along together or you feel comfortable and safe with him?" Clara answered
"But that's also what I feel when I'm just being friends with him." Helena and Clara sigh
"Then tell me, do you like me?" Clara asked, confused Helena answered-
"Of course I do, you're my best friend!"
"Then would you say the same to Bel?" Helena paused and looked at Bel on the other table
"..No"
Later at night...
"Phew, I came here as soon as you text me, is something wrong Helena?" Bel sweating and panting after rushing to the park
"The moon is beautiful, isn't?" Helena said, Bel caught off guard from what she said
"..yeah it is" Bel answered, feeling flustered and happy. Helena held Bel's hand and reach for his face and kissed his cheek.
"I like like you Bel" Helena gave Bel a sweet smile
"Can you do THAT again?" Bel and Helena looked away from each other, shy and embarrassed. After a moment, Bel pulled Helena for a hug and kissed her forehead.
"I like like you too."
