Kartik and Naira were in their room. Kartik was watching TV and Naira was packing their clothes.
"Maine saari packing krr di. Aur tumne meri zara bhi help nhi kari." Naira said huffing.
"Haww!! M--Maine ki na, maine apne kapre nikal ke rakhe ki konsa le kar jaane hai." Kartik said defending himself.
"Kitna mahan kaam kar liya hai. Thak toh nhi gye??? Pani laau, nhi khaana lau??" Naira said sarcastically.
"Aree, yaar tum toh naraaz ho gayi..! Mai toh mazak kar rha tha. Accha agar aaj mai khana banau??" He said trying to cajole her.
"Haan!!! Yeh accha rahega!!" She said with her glowing eyes.
"Chalo tum baitho mai aaya khana le kar."
They had their lunch and the slept.
*** Next Day ***
Next day, they both have to go NYC for Kartik's live song tour. And after that they had to go Dubai and then Canada. They tour was of 2 weeks. But they both didn't know that what will happen in the next two weeks.
He did his concerts NYC, Dubai. Now it was time for Canada.
When they reached Canada Kartik was feeling uneasy. Like, something's gonna happen.
*At the Canada Airport*
"Kya hua kartik??" Naira asked as she saw him lost.
"Huh?? Aree kuch nhi. Bas aise hi. Chlo hotel chalte hai. Kl concert hai." He lied.
They reached their hotel room and slept.
* Next Morning *
"Gooood Morning Sherniii." Kartik sang.
"Hmmm, good morning mendak." Naira said sleepily.
"Chalo utho, 11 baj gye hai. Concert mei nhi jaana kya??"
"Shit! Mai toh bhul hi gyi thi. Thanks ha Kartik, chlo maj jaa rhi hu nahane phir jaana bhi hai." She rushed to the washroom.
"Meri cute biwi. Sirf Meri♥️." He whispered.
* 2 Hours Later *
They reached the auditorium where concert has to be held. They all did some arrangements, the band members and other stuffs. Suddenly Naira's phone rang. She signed him that she'll be there in a moment.
Half and hour passed, she never came. When he came out to search for her. He saw her lying in a pool of blood. People were surrounding her, calling the ambulance. He rushed towards her and settled her in his lap.
"NAIRA!!! NAIRA, AANKHE KHOLO. PLEASE NAIRA. AAJ KE DIN TOH AISA MAT KARO NA. PLEASE." He cried.
Till the the ambulance came. He called the event manager to cancel the event.
He was in the ambulance with her.
Soon they reached the hospital she was rushed in the OT.
* 1 hour later *
Doctor came out. Thankfully he was an Indian.
"Doctor...Na--naira?? Vo--vo theek ho jaaegi na???" His said with a trembling voice.
"Dekhiye, blood loss kaafi zyaada hua hai. Abhi ke liye hum inhe Monitor karenge. Agar 24 hours mei kuch improvement nhi hoti tok we have to take her for the surgery. Uske consequences kya honge hum abhi kuch nhi keh sakte.." Doctor patted his back and left. He sat down with a thud.
