Chapter 8- Graduation Day

I woke up to the feeling of an earthquake.

"Get Up,Get Up. It's the Big Day." Lilly said whilst jumping onto my Queen sized bed.
"Can a girl get some sleep?" I said whilst yawning.
Lilly stopped jumping finally and sat in the front of me staring.
"May I take your order?" I said, staring at her and rubbing my eyes.
"Yes you may. I would like one burger,a ca-." Lilly said, as I covered her mouth.
"Aren't you suppose to be going over by your friends house"I asked, moving the covers from off of me and getting out of bed.
"Yes I am and George is suppose to go by Issac too." said Lilly with excitement .

"I heard my name." said George as he opened my room door. I immediately grabbed some sheet covers due to my undies.
Yes I sleep in underwear most of the time and big shirts. It feels very comfortable.
"Oops, sorry to interrupt you Captain Underpants."said George, whilst closing the door and laughing.

"Anna it's time to start getting ready. The program starts at 1:45." said mom, as she opened my room door.
"Yes mom I know." I replied as I grabbed my clothes to bathe and start getting ready.
"Let's go sweety. You need to start getting dressed. Your friend will be here very soon." Said mom to Lilly, as she grabbed her right hand.

As I got ready I noticed my phone screen lighting up. It was a text from our class group chat "2015 Crew".
Pedro: Hey guys I'm already here.
Blake: Bro. Already?!
Sasha: I haven't even gotten out of bed yet.
Theodore: Wow...I'm leaving to go now guys.

I didn't even bother typing in the group chat so I just clicked off my phone and hurried to brush my hair down and apply my hat on. I then applied some makeup onto my face and grabbed my watch. We had to wear a black long robe and low black shoes.
"Anna would you hurry it up? My legs are getting tired." screamed George from downstairs.
"Well sit down Dumbo." I shouted back.
I then closed my room door and hurried down the stairs jogging with my black flats in my hand. I didn't even had time to eat anything.
"Honey you look beautiful!"said mom.
"Ew." said George.
I didn't even bother replying back to him.

There was a knock on the door. It was Lilly's friend Bella's mother.
"Ok, now make sure behave yourself Lilly." said mom in a sweet voice to Lilly.
While Mrs.Turner had already been outside to pick up Lilly. My mother,George and I decided to go outside as well towards my mother's silver Jeep.
"Thanks a lot." mom said to Mrs.Turner whilst getting into her car.
"No problem." said Mrs.Turner to mom while carrying Lilly to her car where her little friend was already sitting in.

Mom had dropped George off by his friend Issac.
So then there was two.
"So how do you feel?"she asked, as she drove carefully.
"Nervous." I replied, with a sigh.
"Well you got a whole life ahead of you. This is only the beginning." she said, with a big smile on her face.

We had finally reach and could've hadly even find parking spaces. We drove around at least five times until we ended up parking in McDonalds parking lot.
As we entered the building I began to get even more nervous.
"Good luck." mom said, as she kissed my forehead.
"Yeah thanks." I said, whipping off the kiss mark and walking towards the stage where my classmates were already sitting.

I sat right next to Dana and Alice.
"Hey girl!" Dana said excitedly, as we hugged.
"Uh...." said Alice while looking at us and rolling her eyes.
"Jealous much?" I asked.

"Welcome,One and All to the class of 2015 graduation ceremony. It was a long journey but with the help of Google we all made it through". said Sean while giving his Valedictorian speech.
He had been talking for at least twenty minutes.
Finally he had finished and they began giving out awards.

"A special thanks goes out to our principal Mr.Brown." said Dana, giving the Vote of Thanks.

The graduation was over and we all ended up walking down the aisle to a very slow song which most of them nae nae'd to or milly rocked.
We all laughed and hugged as we exit the building talking about who all were coming to the graduation party tonight.
"Hey." Blake said, touching my shoulder.
"Hey blakeyy." I said, hugging him.
"Are you going to the party tonight?" He asked.
"Is that even a question." I said, laughing.
We both were cut off by Jarod.
"Turn up tonight guys!" Jarod said, attempting to twerk.
We all laughed.
"Anyways guys, I have to go. Congratulations by the way." I said.
"Same to you." they both replied.

Mom and I got into the car.
"Congratulations love bug." she said, with the biggest smile.
"The hard work surely paid off." I replied, as we pulled off.
"Do you have a dress for the dinner tonight?" she asked curiously.
"I think so." I replied.
We then drove by George's friend house to pick him up and headed home.
