Background - A foreign girl who moved into the U.S. after her father rightfully divorced his now ex-wife, Suzanne Flores[Mariana's biological mother];Who was caught cheating mid-sexual intercourse. After many lawsuits were filed and court appearances accounted for, Juan Garcia[Mariana's biological father] relocated himself, along with his only daughter. Although the U.S. was strange to them, they learned to speak English[along with many other languages] and have thrived there ever since.
Mariana started school and soon met Y/N L/N, a girl just a year older than herself. Although she didn't speak or understand English very well, she tried to understand Y/N to the best of her ability. As the two children grew, their bond became stronger. To the point where the two were inseparable; hence them being roommates and why Mariana is so persistent on Y/N's protection. On the day Y/N applied for her job, Mariana had a serious discussion with the manager about many concerns she had. She was ensured of her friends safety and that the "Gregory Incident" would never happen again.
Mariana will never tell Y/N this... but she was once charged with 1st degree murder. She was found not guilty. If only they knew the let a murderer on the loose. It happened five times, she just made the mistake of getting caught the 5th time.
"You are my best and only friend Y/N, I won't ever put you in harms way.. never again."

1st Murder case: Tom white - 6'5'', 50 year old blonde haired male, was last seen walking out of a local bar in Downtown ********, near Mega PizzaPlex. After being kicked out for assaulting the barista for 'not giving him a good time'. Next morning, said man was found brutally murdered in an alleyway near a local Walmart. No evidence found except a single red rose with a note attached, reading "fais attention à ce que tu souhaites"
Note Translation - "Be careful what you wish for"
2nd Murder case: Kenny Frost - 5'5'', 20 year old brown haired male with tan skin. Was last seen running away from HEB after stealing a 5'3'' lady's wallet. Later that same night was found, dead, hanging from a ceiling fan by his own intestines. A white rose splattered with dots of blood was found, shoved in the victims mouth. A note reading "How's it hanging?"
3rd Murder case: Randy Rockwell - 6'7'' black haired, 40 year old male was last seen on Christmas eve, purchasing a ring for his wife on their anniversary. After being missing for 17 hours, his body was found in the presents of his kids and wife. The same ring he had purchased a day prior in his severed hand, with a note reading "Merry Christmas kids! Hope you like your presents!"
His wife, Rose Frost, was jailed for being the prime suspect of the murder. Her innocents has yet to be proven.
4th Murder case: Geneva Winters - 6'1'', 19 year old, dark brown haired woman. Last seen causing a scene in front of an apartment complex. Said woman had started a fight with Y/N L/N for taking 'her' parking spot. Later that evening, she was found burning in the yard of her parent's house. Her body nailed to a cross like Jesus. A note written in the dirt, reading "Praise the lord, for he is our savior".
Her parents were arrested for 1st degree murder and child abuse. Their innocence is yet to be proven.
5th Murder case: Ethan Locks - 6'7", 35 year old black haired, white male. Was last seen in a school zone, parked white Sudan. Is a registered Sex offender and has many felonies. His body was found outside the school zone, his wounds consisting of 60 stab wounds(found on every inch of his body). The only evidence found was a 13in switchblade, no DNA trace.
The person near the crime scene was Mariana Garcia. She was put through trail and was deemed not guilty for lack of evidence.
