Six months later, London

"Morning," Raina yawned as she walked out with a bird's nest on her head. She plopped down on the couch, beside Tejo, and hugged her sleepily.

"You didn't freshen up yet?" Tejo asked as she drank her tea.

She shook her head, "Not yet."

They stayed like that for a while, before Raina dozed off once again. Tejo looked at the dozed off Raina and smiled a little, "Pulls all-nighters, and then sleeps like a log. Really a night owl."

"Hey, don't bad mouth me when I am sleeping," she mumbled. Tejo peaked to see whether she was sleeping. Assured that she was asleep, she carefully placed her head on the couch and freed herself.  She walked into the small balcony, sipping her tea as she looked at the street.

'Six months have passed. A new year began,' she thought, 'and so much changed.' She was afraid to say that it had changed for the better, she didn't want to jinx it. But it did. When she moved here, she was scared. Naturally so. There were so many unknowns, but somehow they easily became a part of her life. And all thanks to the sloth sleeping on the couch.

Ring Ring

She rushed in quickly and opened the door "Hello," she greeted.

"Did you lose your voice?" the person asked.

"Raina is sleeping," she replied.

"Even now?"

"Yes."

"Seriously," he rolled his eyes and walked in. Tejo saw his blank face and controlled the urge to laugh. "Can't she...Can she at least not hog the couch?" he exhaled in annoyance, "Raina! Up already you brown-bat-of-a-human!"

"Neel!" Tejo scolded, "she had to work late last night."

"So?" he raised his brow, "We need to get going, she can sleep in the car as much as she wants." She rolled her eyes and walked into her room, and brought out the two bags. "That's all?" he asked, making her nod. "I will take these down, wake her up before I throw a heck tonne of ice on her."

"Don't you mean ice water?"

"I said ice and I mean ice," he replied.

"Why are you so annoyed?" Tejo asked.

"Because of this witch!" he whispered-yelled, "If it wasn't for her calling mom, I wouldn't be forced to come."

"Ok, you go down," she tried to pacify him, "I will wake your culprit." He grabbed the bags and muttered something about 'wanting to put her to sleep for forever instead' making Tejo smack his arm. "Remember the company policy, Miss Sandhu," he said seriously.

"Not in the company Mr. Raishinghania," she smiled sarcastically and pushed him out. "Ray! Ray get up, hun," she shook her.

"Tejo, please."

"Just get freshened, we have to set off, remember?"

"Where?" she mumbled.

"Our road trip!"

"OH RIGHT!" she jerked up and rushed into her room, making Tejo laugh.

"How long does it take you both?" Angad walked in.

"It has not even been 2 minutes since Neel went down," Tejo frowned, "why are you both so impatient?"

"I am not," he raised his hands in surrender, "he is though. But then again, when is he not." Tejo shook her head and picked up a large back. "What's this?"
