Sorry I haven't updated in a really long time. I've been super busy with school and tennis. I've had writers block for the longest time ever, but I don't anymore. I'm open to suggestions and feel free to comment. I absolute adore feedback so don't be scared! 😊😘 Again really sorry and hope you enjoy!!

"BEEP BEEP!!!",my alarm clock blared into my ear. I groaned opening my eyes. Ahhhh sweet babycakes! I'm late for school. I leaped out of my bed and on to the floor like Spider-Man. I grabbed the nearest piece of clothing and put it over my head. I located my brand new jeans and shoved them on my legs.

I scampered for my phone turning it on, only to be disappointed. It was 7:43 and school begins at 8:00. I facepalm and grab my favorite hoodie pulling it over my shirt. Throwing my hair into a ponytail and grabbing my shoes I'm almost out the door. I suddenly remember that I need my backpack and rush back inside.
"I'm leaving dad! Have a good day, I love you.", I yell as I shut the front door. I'm just turning the corner as the bus is leaving. I sprint after it "HEYYY IM RIGHT HERE STOP!", I tell the bus. My fellow peers just laugh and wave at me. "Just great, man. I thought it was no man left behind? Huh", I mutter to myself as I begin to walk/jog to school.

Twenty six minutes. It took me 26 minutes to get there and 30 miles to run/jog. I ran as fast as I could the last 2 miles. Needless to say I was ready to drop dead when I strolled into the office. "What do you need miss?", the mean old lady said as she glared at me through her glasses. She kind of reminded me of the slug lady off of "Monsters Inc.", but her glasses were more like Harry Potter's.
"Um I would like a tardy pass, please!", I managed to say in between breaths. "Here you go!", she replied rudely. I mumbled a thank you while she just nodded with a sneer.

I dragged myself to the end of second period trying to keep my heart from jumping out of my chest. "Oof", the sound of someone else's body being smacked into mine echoed in the deserted hall. I landed with a thud and hit my head on the cold tiled floor. The mystery person seemed to have been running and laughing when we collided. I untangled myself from under the large sweaty body.
I caught a flash of that familiar brown luscious hair only to have the sight yanked away as he sped off. Not even a sorry? Wow. I picked myself back up dusting off my bottom and my
pant legs. I became a human zombie the rest of the way to math class. Yay fun!

I peaked in the classroom spotting Mr. Comer facing the other way direction. "You're late Miss Torres, automatic detention!", the groggy old teacher shouted at me as I barely cracked open the door about to sneak in.
"Dammit!", I cursed under my breath. "Want to make a week?", he said loudly. The other kids laughed at me. "No I'm good.", I replied cooly.

I found a seat in the very back; right next to Jamie Gross. Yes his name was actually Gross. This kid really needs to discover the magic of deodorant and showers. I'm not normally rude, but he smelled like something my dad ran over on one of his "Educational Wilderness Journeys". I banged my head on my desk. This was going to be a long day.
