The Reunion ~ Raura ~ (Completed)

The reunion

 Somehow it has been 10 years since Austin and Ally premiered. 

Ross is currently on tour with his siblings as part of The Driver Era. They're playing a show tonight. The cast, Laura, Raini and Calum have decided to surprise Ross and their fans. They told Ross they were going to do a zoom livestream to celebrate 10 years. But what he doesn't know they're flying into Nashville to do a live stream, watch the show and head out for a party. 

You see Ross and Laura used to date. End of Season 2 but they broke up the day they filmed Austin and Ally's break up in season 3 ironically just before the Season 3 wrap party. It was mutual but due to Ross going on tour with R5 they decided it was for the best. 

Laura has recently just broken up with her ex boyfriend Thomas Makin. They started arguing a lot and due to her schedule getting busy again after lockdown they just couldn't cope anymore. Ross was in a relationship too with Jaz Sinclair who he did Chaos with. However they have broken up recently due to long distance relationship being too difficult. He also may not be totally over Laura yet and they may have recently been flirting back and forward on twitter and text, to fans delight well, Raura shippers delight. 

Laura's Pov

I can't believe I'm reuniting with the cast of Austin and Ally!  I haven't seen Ross and Calum since the girlfriend album release and The driver era did a movie drive in. It was fun but me and Ross almost kissed and we haven't spoken about it since. My thoughts of reuniting with Ross and the other's are interrupted when the pilot announces for the cabin crew to prepare for landing. I've flown from LAX to Nashville Airport, Raini has flown from Houston airport and Calum of course from Vancouver airport. We're reuniting at Nashville airport before Rydel and Capron pick us up in a rented car. I'm so excited but so nervous to see Ross as we have started flirting again and I don't really know where we stand with our friend/relationship.  

I grab my carry on from the over head locker and make my way off the plane. As I wait for my suitcase I text the group chat we made with Calum, Raini and Rydel to let them know I've landed. 

Laura: Just landed and waiting for my bag! 

Raini: I'm walking off the plane now!! 

Calum: Haha I beat you both I'm already with Rydel and Capron we're waiting in the arrival hall!! 

Laura: Ah I'm so excited!! See you in a bit. 

I text back and put my phone away as my bag arrives. 

The doors open and I see Rydel, Capron and Calum waiting for me. 

I smile and wave and run and hug Rydel. 

"I Can't believe you're finally here !" She squeals. 

"I know it's been so long, hi Calum" I hug Calum before hugging Capron and Super! 

"I forget how small and cute Super is in real life!" I say as Rydel passes him to me. I talk in my baby voice to him before giving him back to Rydel. 

Before long the doors open and Raini walks through with her suitcase. 

"AHHHH RAINI!!" I scream and run and hug her 

"LAURA!! I missed you!" She says and hugs me back tightly. 

"I missed you too, it's been way too long!!!"  I reply before letting go of her. 

"right guys let's go surprise Ross!!!" Rydel says excitedly as Capron helps me and Raini with our bags whilst Rydel carries Super out. 

After a short drive we arrive at the concert venue. I cannot believe I am about to see Ross. 

"Hey guys we're back and we have a surprise for you!!!" Rydel yells to everyone in the green room. 

Ross looks up from his phone and locks eyes with me. I stare back at him for awhile. 

I hear everyone greeting each other. 

"Hey Laur, come here I missed you" He says and opens his arms wide for a hug from me. A bit like when we reunited at the RDMAS one year. 

"Hi rockstar, I missed you too" I say and I feel him pull me closer to his body. 

"You have no idea how much I have missed you!" He exclaims hugging me. 

"So if you and Laura are finished flirting with each other, I was thinking, since you guys are all reunited, you could maybe do a surprise livestream? and maybe Ross and Laura do a duet and couple of songs from Austin and Ally to celebrate 10 years?" Stormie finishes smiling round at us waiting for a response. 

"Group pic!!!!" Rydel shouts and Capron takes a photo of all the Lynch's and A&A cast. 

"Now just you 4 then Ross and Laura!!" She shouts again excitedly. 

"Our shippers are going to love this!" Ross whispers in my ear and kisses my neck slightly. I laugh and nudge him slightly away before his family see. 

"Ready smile!!!!" Capron shouts as everyone clumps together for the photo I of course am next to Ross and Rocky. Ross wraps his arm tightly round my waist and pulls me closer to him. 

"Laura and Ross photo time" Rydel squeals happily as the group separates. 

"Ready?" She asks, we pose in different ways, I jump on Ross' back in one with my arms wrapped tightly round his neck. Another Ross' wraps his arms round my waist again and kisses my cheek. Then we take two last ones. One of us smiling with his arm on the small of my back and I lean in so my head is resting against his face and chest. 

"Aw you guys are so cute!!" Rydel says grinning at us both.  I smile back at her as Ross just rolls his eyes over her craziness. 

"Or Adorkable!" Rocky says laughing as he is the king of the of Raura shippers.

A/N: Nothing against Jaz or Thom just noticed I haven't Thom with Laura recently and with Ross being on tour Jaz and Ross haven't been with each other much.  Anyway the recent twitter space for 10 years since premier of A&A inspired me. Enjoy x
