Justice Chasing's Birthday

Happy 21st Birthday, Rebecca!

The date was December 3rd, 2021. Let's see what's happening in Negi Root City today. Ciel DuBlois was getting himself ready for his online school, when all of a sudden, his computer started beeping. Bella, Ciel's dog, started howling.

Ciel: Bella, you're such a strange dog.

He went over to the computer and accepted the message. It was from Rebecca Westhoff (Justice Chasing).

Ciel: Good morning, Rebecca.

Justice Chasing: Good morning, Ciel. I hope I wasn't interrupting anything.

Ciel: No, you're fine.

Justice Chasing: Okay, good. I just want to come on Zoom and talk to you for a little bit.

Ciel: Well, I have a few minutes to spare. Sure.

He sat down in his chair.

Ciel: What do you want to talk about?

Justice Chasing: Well, first of all, today is my birthday.

Ciel: Oh happy birthday, Rebecca.

Justice Chasing: Thank you. But...it's my 21st birthday.

Ciel: Oh, that's awesome. Now you can do things like drink alcohol or gamble at casinos.

Justice Chasing: Yeah.

Ciel: I want to ask you something. Are you related to Darci Nashimura (Dark Angel)?

Justice Chasing: No. We may have twin drills for hair, and we may dress the same, but we are not related in any way, shape, or form.

Ciel: I see.

And so, Ciel and Rebecca talked for a few more minutes until Ciel had to leave.
