Chapter 9

If there's one word to describe what All Might is feeling right at this very moment, it would be furious. Both at what is happening to his students and at the villains responsible for this attack.

While he was having a chat with Principal Nezu, he started having this unsettling feeling that something was wrong. After decided to end it before heading over to the USJ, he came across Iida. Iida then went on to explain to him what was happening. Once he's heard everything, he then requests that the young man go and inform the other pros in the school while he went in to take care of the situation and save his students.

One of the first things he does after reassuring his students is to take care of the remaining villains that, unbeknownst to him, haven't been killed. Once they were taken care of, he turns his sights on Aizawa. Walking over, he picks up the Erasure Hero before leaving a sigh of relief after seeing that he's still alive.

"I'm sorry, Aizawa," he says to the unconscious underground hero. Before anyone could even blink, he also picks up Midoriya, Asui, and Mineta as well. He then moves them right to a safe spot.

"Huh? What? He's so fast!" Mineta exclaims, understandably shocked at finding himself on land instead of in the water like he was in before.

"Everyone, go to the entrance," All Might instructs the students. "I'm leaving Aizawa to you. He's unconscious. Hurry!"

"Y-yes sir!" Mineta replies.

"Ribbit." Asui replies in agreement. She and Mineta both grab hold of their teacher before moving him away from danger.

As he looks around for whoever is responsible for leading the attack on his students, All Might can't help but notice that some of the villains have been killed. The sight of their bodies, all torn into pieces so savagely, was enough to make his eyes widen in shock.

"What in the world...?" the Symbol of Peace whispers in shock.

"Took you long enough," he hears someone call out to him. He turns his sights on someone wearing a mask pinning down what he deduces to be the villain in charge of the attack.

"Did you do this?" All Might demands, pointing at the mangled remains of the villains.

"I did. But my friend here is the one that's been wanting to see you dead. So you should try having a chat with him." The masked man grabs hold of Shigaraki's hair as he says it. The latter is scowling at the former through his hand mask, before turning it towards the number one hero.

"He's not wrong about me wanting you dead. But he is wrong about me being his friend," Shigaraki snarls out through the pain he's going through. "I suppose I'll just have Nomu take care of you right now."

Midoriya, having fought the aforementioned being before, tries to warn All Might. "All Might, you can't. That brain villain, he took One fo- my Quirk with flinching! Up against that, you..."
