After a few weeks of all the deaths, the flu ended. Dad decided then to go on a run, "Carol, come on, we're going on a run," dad said, no one knew why really.

                       "You come back," I said.

                     "I always do, what's wrong?"

"Nothing. We'll talk when you get back. I love you."

"okay, I love you too," he said, kissed my forehead, and then they left.

After a few hours of pacing and waiting, dad finally came back, alone, "where's Carol?" I asked.

"I had to send her away. She has a car with a lot of stuff, food, gas, water. She killed Karen and David. I couldn't let her come back."

"Oh, what are you going to tell Daryl?"

"I was thinking, maybe you should tell him. He'll understand it more if it comes from you then me."

"Dad, just tell him. If it makes you feel better I'll go with you."

"Okay. Hey Daryl? Could you come here for a second?" Dad hollered over.

                          "What's up, Rick?" He asked.

"I had to let Carol go..." dad said.

                       "What? Why?"

"She killed Karen and David. I didn't want Tyresse going after her."

Daryl spaced out and didn't say anything, "babe, you okay?" I asked placing my hand on his chest.

"Huh? Yeah, okay, Rick. It's your call," he looked me in the eyes. I pulled him into a hug. I leaned up and kissed him and before we broke away a tank blasted into one of the towers.

When we looked down  to the fence we realized it was the Governor standing on the ground, he had Hershel and Michonne on their knees in front of him, "Rick, come on down and talk," I started behind him, "just Rick!" He yelled.

"Fuck, dad be careful," I said.

"I will. I love you. You know what to do."

                  "I love you too."

He slowly made it down there, I already had Judith and Dylan in their car seats, and a gun in my hand, dad was talking loud enough we could all hear what he was saying, "what do you want?"

                  "The prison."

"It's big enough we can all share. Live in peace, we wouldn't even have to see each other...it could work," dad said. I saw Hershel's smile growing on his face.

The Governor waited a while, Daryl and I started handing out guns. Then the Governor whisper\yelled, "LIAR!" Then took Michonne's sword to Hershel's throat cutting his head off.

                      Dad shouted, NO!"

Everything around me went silent. I couldn't move, I was shoved out of the way just as the tank came through the fence. I tried to run to dad, but there was to many walkers.
