Meeting My Best Friend

(Serena's POV)

I was happy today as I always am. But this week I was more excited. My principle asked me to show around a new student. I was happy to meet someone new here in this small town. Everyone knew everyone and I thought we could be best friends. I am pretty much the shy girl around here.

I got to school this morning and went to meet the new student. I had to wait because she was still talking to the principle. I sat there wondering how tall she was what she looked like and what her name was. I started talking to the front desk person as I was waiting. Me and her always hung out in the office on Fridays.

She knew one thing that I never wanted people to know. But when I told her someone heard and decided to blab to the whole town. So the news spread around that I was gay. So for a while I had been in my own bubble and avoided people so I wouldn't get teased.

The principle called me in and I saw her she was stunning. She had these beautiful bright blue eyes and blonde hair. She was taller than me. She said her name was Demi.
