*Moments After Confession*

I Honestly Don't Know What I Was Expecting. No, That's A Lie. I was expecting him to be upset. To push me away, to kick me out of his life, to reject me.

But That's Not What Happened.

Bokuto's eyes widen. "Akaashi.." He Says, Staring At My Face. A Smile Plays On His Lips. "OH MY GOD, AKAASHI!" He Yells Happily. Now My Eyes Widen. He Looks..Happy. not Mad, Not disgusted, just really..

Happy.

"Bokuto-San?" I Question. Bokuto Grabs My Right Hand And Lifts It Up, Holding It Close To His Lips. "My Beautiful Akaashi...I Love You Too." He kisses my hand, and I feel my face heat up. "Wait- Really?!" I Ask, Excitedly. "You're Not Lying?" He Chuckles. "When have I ever lied to you, 'Kaashi?" He entwines our fingers, and I smile a huge smile. "Never, Bokuto-sa..." He Holds A Finger To My Lips. "No Need To Be So Formal, Especially Since We're Dating Now, 'Kaashi." My Face Reddens Even More. "Dating?! Like- For Real?!" I Ask Loudly, Restraining Myself From Jumping Up And Down in excitement. I quickly realize how our personalities just changed- I have Bokuto's Excitement, And He Has My Calm &Seriousness. I Can't help but copy his personality when I'm excited.

He Smiles Back At Me. "For Real, For Real." I Run up to him, closing our distance and throwing my arms around his neck. He Beams, His Normal Self Resurfacing. "AGAASHI!!" He Yells Loudly. "YOUR SO CUTE!" I smile at him, my normal personality returning as well. "Your Cute Too, Bokuto.." It's the first time I've called him anything other than Bokuto-San, and Bokuto's Face Lights Up Even More, which I didn't think was possible. He's Always Upbeat And Happy, But I've Never Seen Him This Happy Before, Not Even After Winning Games. I Look Up And Stare Into His Eyes, Those Familiar Golden Eyes. The Eyes Of Bokuto Kotarou, My Best Friend For As Long As I Could Remember.

Except, We Were No Longer Best Friends. That Was Established When Bokuto Cups My Face And Pulls Me Into A Soft But Special Kiss.

I wasn't going to be the one to pull away first, because I wanted to live in this moment forever.

"You Don't Know How Happy I Am Right Now, Keiji. Do You Know How Long I've Wanted To Do That?" He Says, As Soon As He Pulls Away. I chuckle. "Not As Long As I Have."

Just Then, I Feel My Phone Vibrate In My Back Pocket, And After Ignoring It 4 times, I finally pull it out and check it. 5 Texts From My Friend Mara.

Where are you?

M:

You Didn't Forget About School, Did You?

M:

You Know How Mr. H Gets When You're Late!
