***cat pov***
"come on!" the girl said
i quickly looked in her direction and dashed at her
"meow!" i said
she was the only one who could understand me.
"we're going on an adventure! since mom and dad are gone, its just us now!"
"mew!" i said eagerly,as i am one fond of adventures
she gently picked me up, and went out of the door
***girl pov***
"hm" i thought out loud
"i know! we can go to the forest for our adventure"
ms mittens stayed oddly quiet, but i was too excited to notice
"lets go!" i said, while dashing towards the forest
***a bit later (still girl pov)***
i sat down to rest for a bit while i let go of ms mittens
ms mittens seemed uneasy.
i started to get concerned
i look around so see what could possibly be causing her to feel uneasy, it took me a hot second to notce an ominous glow coming from behind the tall pine trees, then it came to me
"hey lil' diva, we can go to the ominous glow then i promise we can go home, got it?"
she seemed to calm down a bit
i picked her up, petting her silky black fur
"off we go!" i said
***cat pov***
i was so nervous that i didnt realize i was sinking my claws into my owner's arm, but she was focused on the glow.
then...
it all happened so quick
in a blur, something jumped out at the girl
she dropped me from the shock, and i watched, fearful
i hissed at whatever was attacking her
but it didnt stop
there was blood everywhere some of the blood got on me
i ran to the neighborhood, and scratched the peterson's door, trying to get their attention
ms peterson saw the blood on me and panicked
i motioned her to follow me, but it was too late
she was dead.
