(INSANELY SCREAMING NOISE)
G: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!  Let me out!!

He was banging the metal doors wildly until his palms were red.

The nurses started panicking looking at this state of Gulf
Nurse 1: Oh no, this boy is again out of control! What do we do now?!
Nurse 2: Wait- Isn't it Gulf Kanawut Traipipattanapong
Nurse 1: Yes, go and bring Dr. Mew Suppasit here. Only he can handle Gulf.
Nurse 2: Okay!

She ran towards doctor's cabin and was shocked at the sight of empty cabin.
Nurse 2: Where did Dr. Mew go?                                    

Meanwhile,
G: Open this fucking door right now (punching the door) Bring Dr. Mew here! I need Dr. Mew right now! Or else-

Gulf, Gulf Kanawut Traipipattanapong is a Famous Actor in Thailand. He belonged to rich family but due to an unfortunate event he lost his mental balance and  eventually he started hitting people and got admitted in here. He hurt 3 doctors and 6 nurses who treated him before.

Gulf: Call Mew!! I want to see him! DR. MEWWWWWWWWWWWW!

Mew, Mew Suppasit Jongcheveevat is the only doctor or human who can handle Gulf. But there is a reason why Gulf specifically wants Mew. It's because Mew is the only who treats him like a normal sane person and understands him very well.

Amidst all the noise and chaos, suddenly he heard a sweet voice singing while playing guitar:

Listening to his angelic voice and looking at his handsome face, Gulf calmed down. As soon as he finished, he kept guitar down.

Mew: Missed me?

Instead of answering, Gulf rushed and hugged Mew tightly. He was so calm and comfortable in Mew's embrace. The nurse beside Mew signalled him complaining that Gulf refused to take his medications. Mew frowned and signalled the nurse to leave. After she left, he broke the hug.

Mew: Sit there on the bed.

Gulf, like an obedient kid went and sat on the bed.

Mew: Did you take your medicines when I wasn't here?

He asked in a serious and sulking tone by raising an eyebrow. Gulf kept his head low.

Mew: Didn't I tell you not to skip your medicines? I even warned you that if you don't take your medicines properly I won't come here spend my time with you during my free time and still you refused to eat?! Looks like you don't want me here, huh?

Gulf: It's not like that Dr.-

Mew cut him off.

Mew: Dr. Mew? Wow, from Phi to Dr Now? Better start calling me Dr. Suppasit and I'll also call you Kanawut and meet you once or twice in a day. Is that fine?

Gulf: Phiiii! You know I won't eat medicine without you na phi. So it's your fault that you forgot your duty.

Mew sighed and gave him the tablets which Gulf swallowed like a good boy with no fuss.

Mew: Why aren't you eating your medicines on time Nong? If you don't take them on time how will you get better and go out of this place?

Suddenly Gulf's aura turned dark, which Mew did not notice.

Gulf: Who said I want to leave?

Mew: or what? Are you planning to stay here throughout your life? You have to leave this place, go out, start exploring things, take over your dad's company and help him. Then finding the love of your life, marry her have kids running round. Your life starts feeling complete. Don't you want to do all these? I really wanna get married soon and have my own kids.  Shoot, its past 9... I have to check on other patients. Have a goodnight Gulf.

Gulf didn't reply back. He was in deep thoughts. Marriage? Kids? He started thinking that he really deserves to have a good life. He deserves to have a happy life with his phi Mew.

Yes, Gulf was obsessed with Mew. He fell so deep that not even a single day passes without meeting Mew. Mew unintentionally made Gulf obsessed with him and digged his own grave. He started thinking wildly and gave creepy smile.

Gulf: I want to marry you phi, I will marry you, but for that I need to get out of this place. Don't worry phi Mew, I will soon make your wish come true. We will have our kids running around our home and it will be very soon. I promise you.
