Who The Hell

                 2 weeks after the whole disaster Carl was up walking around. Michonne had been staying at dad's since. Dad and Daryl decided to go look for supplies, while they were gone Michonne had watch, Carl and Enid disappeared, and I stayed at home with Judith. I hadn't really seen anyone since the attack, then someone knocked on the door. I opened it to see Glenn and Maggie. I hadn't seen Glenn the whole 2 weeks he'd been back. 

                                  When I opened the door I instantly threw my arms around Glenn and cried, they stayed for a while, dropped the news of them expecting, then left. 

                                             As it got closer to dark dad and Daryl came back, but they had a third man with them. He was tied up and taken to one of the empty houses just inside the wall. Daryl was keeping watch, so I stayed with him. A little bit later Daryl got up to pee when the man woke up. 

                       "Hello, mam," he said. 

                     "Uhm, hi. Daryl, babe, he's awake!" I yelled. 

                   "Huh? Oh shit, Jamie!" I heard Daryl yell, then it all went black. 

                           I came back around to Daryl yelling, "babe, wake up. Abraham just told me Jesus is at your dad's house," I jumped up and ran out the door with Daryl right behind me. 

                                           When we got to dad's Carl was holding him at gun point, while dad and Michonne ran around the corner. We sat at the kitchen table while Jesus told us about Hilltop. 

                                "We trade with other communities. You guys have things we need, we have what you need. We could help each other out. I can take you there."

                                 We all started to load up the next morning when Daryl pulled me aside, "Jamie, I think you should sit this one out. You've only been up maybe a month."

                                   "Daryl, I'm fine. See all healed," I said pulling my shirt just above the scar. 

                                    "Fine, just stay close to me. I think your dad wanted to talk to you," he said and kissed the side of my neck. 

                               "Okay," I walked over to dad and Carl, "what's up?"

                              "I was going to tell you guys about Michonne and I, it just happened," dad said. 

                            "Dad, it's fine," Carl said. 

                          "I called it, but either way, I'm cool," I smiled. 

                           "Okay. Carl go grab your bag, Gabriel is gonna keep Judith while we're gone," dad said as I walked over and grabbed Daryl's hand. 

                                     We'd been driving for a bit when we came across a wreck, "Rick, up ahead," Daryl said. 

                           We pulled over and Jesus flipped, "that's my  people," then he jumped from the R.V. and ran to the over turned car, we all unloaded. 

                                 We walked over to the building that we thought they ran inside. Dad hand cuffed Jesus and Maggie and I stayed outside with him, "if he tries anything shoot him," dad said. 

                            "Will do," Maggie answered and I nodded. 

                                                 Then dad, Daryl, Glenn, Michonne, and Abraham ran inside. When they came back they had Jesus' people, we loaded up again and headed the rest of the way to Hilltop. I sat next to Daryl and laid my head on his shoulder and fell asleep. 

                                  I woke up to dad saying, "we're stuck!"

                                        "That's okay, Rick. We're here," Jesus said, we all got out of the R.V. and walked up the small hill to the gate. 

                                         "Drop the guns," a man on top of the gate said, I spaced but still had my gun at my side. 

                                     "I'll take you to Gregory," Jesus said. 

                                    "Baby, you coming?" Daryl asked. 

                                  "Huh? Oh yeah, sorry," I said and he grabbed my hand. 

                                                    We walked into a huge house and a man, Gregory, I'm assuming, told us to go upstairs and wash up. Afterwards Maggie walked in and talked to him. After a few more minutes a man came in and said, "Gregory, they're back," we all followed them outside. 

                                     When I finally got outside I made it to everyone to hear what was being said. A huge man, Ethan, stabbed Gregory. Dad tackled him down, another man attacked Abraham, Daryl grabbed him and broke his arm. When I looked back at dad he was covered in blood. 

                                          "What?" He asked. 

                                                          A woman came up and smacked dad. I was about to react when Michonne knocked her down, hard. Gregory was fine, when he woke up he asked to speak to Maggie. I guess we're getting half their supplies and taking out Negan and the Saviors. 

                                  We was loading up to go home when a man, who's arm Daryl broke, Andy, was asked to join us because he knows Negan's place, he agreed so he went back with us and Jesus. Before we left Maggie and Glenn went to see Dr. Carson for medicine for their baby. When we was headed back Glenn passed around the sonogram of the baby. Daryl looked at it, looked down at me and kissed my forehead. I looked then passed it back to Glenn, got up, and stood in the back of the R.V., Daryl stood behind me and wrapped his arms around my torso. 

                              "I'm sorry," I said. 

                              "It's not your fault. We don't have one right now. We have each other though, our family. I don't need a baby to show how much I love you. Let's go sit back down. The way your dad drives this thing, we'll fall on our asses."

                                   "Okay," I smiled and kissed him then we sat back down. 

                                    "Can I ask you 2 a question?" Andy asked. 

                                  "Sure," I answered. 

                                  "How'd you 2 meet?"

                                 "I was wondering the same thing. No offense, but Daryl you just don't strike me as the married type," Abraham said. 

                             "During all this is when we met. Before I probably wouldn't given her a second look being the daughter of a cop and a cop herself, but I do love her," Daryl smiled and kissed my forehead. 

                            "I never would have given you a second look. I was more into cops myself, but I found myself in love with a redneck," I smiled and kissed him. Then I fell asleep.
