Then he left and searched for you.

Once he found you he said:

"Y/n. I think I'm in love with you."

Y/n: "You are-?!"

Todoroki: "Yes. At least I think I am."

Y/n: "Are you asking me out-?"

Todoroki: "I guess I am."

Y/n: "Ok, I'll go out with you-"

Todoroki was smiling, kinda, for the rest of the day.
