Landorus opened his eyes, to find himself curled up in a bed of moss and leaves. His vision was blurry, but he would eventually see that he was in what seemed to be the outskirts of a human village.

"I'm happy you're finally awake!" Said a soft voice. Landorus turned his head to see a Leafeon sitting in front of him, her tail curled over her paws.

He tried to get up, but the overwhelming dizziness and sharp pain in his side prevented him from getting off the ground.

"Oh, please don't try to move too much!" Leafeon said worriedly. "You have quite a wound."

Puzzled, the legendary Pokémon looked down at his side, which was wrapped in medicinal leaves. He remembered now. He was flying above the forest and saw a frightened young Deerling being cornered by a hostile Scolipede at the edge of a cliff. It was a blur, but he could recall that he saved the Deerling and chased off the poison-type. But not before being hit with its Toxic. Greatly weakened by the poison's affect, he had no strength to fly, and fell to the river below. He couldn't remember anything after.

"Here," The Kami was pulled away from his recollection to see the Leafeon set a pecha berry down before him. "These will cure your poisoning," she said, bowing to him in respect.

Landorus chuckled lightly. "Come now, there is no need to do that. It is I who should be thanking you." He politely ate the berry, and felt the poison disappear from his body.

"Oh, it was nothing!" The Leafeon said, flustered, with a nervous smile. "I found you at the river's edge, there was no way I couldn't help."

Landorus finally regained the strength to hover above the bed of moss. "You have my blessings and gratitude, Leafeon," he said. He turned his head to the village, although they were out of sight thanks to the tall plants. "Are you from this village?"

"I am," the Leafeon said. "I must head back soon. Oh, and you can call me Grace," she said with a soft smile. "It's the name my trainer gave me."

"I see," Landorus said. "I am in your debt, Grace. Farewell."

"You're leaving? What about your wound?"

"There is nothing to worry about. I've dealt with injuries much worse than a scratch like this. Besides, my power is needed, and I must be there to keep my brothers in line."

"Will you come back to visit sometime? I'd love for you to see the rest of the village, and Nutmeg."

"Nutmeg?"

Grace's tail wagged. "My child. Well, they haven't hatched yet, but I already thought of a name."

Landorus nodded. "That sounds like a fine name. You have my congratulations. I shall see you again soon then, Grace." Landorus turned around and ascended back to the heavens above, with Grace happily trotting back to her village.
