That akward moment

Hello to my lovely viewers, I know, I know I dont update fast and im sorry. I was actually out travelling. The title of this chapter is actually a reference to a movie with the same name that I recently watched and it has Zac Efron -sigh-

Julie's POV

It was a sunday morning, and I know you're going to think that it was sunday before too. Nah, it has been a whole week since the hangout in "The hangout", hah I really wanted to do that once. Getting back on point, I am still amazed how fast time passes.

            It seems that all the time we keep waiting for that special moment to come, but when it comes it lasts just for awhile and after it happens you wait for that moment to come again. Whoa that's deep, and confusing. I wonder what I drank the night before to be this way.  It has been a week and everything has been normal and I have fun everyday because it's not about having fun days but making normal days fun and with my friends and Nate (I wonder why I put him seperately but oh well) everyday is fun. Nate still tutors me.

            And then comes today, a sunday morning at 8: am when I should've been sleeping soundly in my heavenly bed but I get a call for a long long time and I pick up the phone from the sidetable grudgingly

"Hello" I said in a voice that would scare any little child away and my eyes were refusing to open and I didn't even want to know what my face looked like.

"Julie?" came the voice from the other line, I could recognize that voice anywhere, Nate. My heart fluttered a bit but my eyes still refused to open up.

"Ummm I'm sorry, I know its too early for you in a sunday morning but will you please come to my home its an emergency and come as fast as you can or it will be too late." He said in a rushed tone and I could sense him panicking. Now this got me wide awake.

      "What happened?" I said panicking even more than him though I was unaware of what was happening.

       "Please come here fast and I'll explain it to you" he said scaring me even more.

     "Ok I will. Till then handle the situation whatever it is." I said.

    Then I started panicking and running at all directions not knowing what to do then my eyes fell on the mirror and the strange creature that stared back at me. It had liner all smudged in its face and dull eyes a nest in the place of hair and the clothes all wrinkled up, my own reflection scared me for a moment there. I quickly went to the bathroom to have a quick bath. After the bath I looked at least normal. I didnt have time for all the jazz so I went on grabbed a pair of shorts and a cute t shirt and a pair of vans and ran down the house into the car and rushed towards Nate's house all the time during the ride I thought about all the things that might have happened did aliens come to abduct them, did a man with axe come to kill him oh wait wait or was he kidnapped by a gang of korean deliquents. Hah now I'm becoming a maniac.

         Lost in my thoughts I didnt realize when I came to his house. I quickly rushed to his house and frantically started to knock on his door. Nate opened with a huge smile on his face now that got me confused.

"SURPRISE!!" said a very jolly Jayden.

"What's going on?" I said in a commanding tone putting my hands on my hips.

Jayden pulled me down on his level and looked at me with his puppy dog eyes and I melted there and then.

"You said that you would come again but you didnot so I asked Natey to call you I missed you Julie." he said in his cute voice and my heart broke a little, I forgot all about that, a feeling of guilt came onto me.

"I'm sorry Jay. Will you forgive this naughty girl? I promise we will do whatever you want to." I said.

"Yaay" he said happily widening his cute little eyes. I would do anything for this kid.

"Okay you kids I have set breakfast on the table lets go, I know you must have been sleeping till now." Nate said smiling.

I narrowed my eyes on him "Is this some kind of joke? You could've asked me to come. Why all the drama? Do you know how worried I was about you? All the things I thought?"

"With your crazy imagination it must have been aliens and ghost." he said with a smirk.

I rolled my eyes on him and couldnot

hide the smile on my face. We went onto the dining table and my eyes went wide at the food that was placed there. Jay was jumping in excitement and pulling me by holding onto my finger. There was a whole "Nate's special breakfast" with pancakes and syrup, muffins, eggs and toast, coffee oh all the delicacies that had my mouth watering.

       "Did you...." I was caught in mid sentence when Nate said"Yes I did. Did I match your expectations ma'am?" in a british tone that could make any girl go weak on her knees.

" Actually you exceeded my expectations sire." I said trying the best I could to match the tone.

We had a hearty meal surprisingly the food didnot just look good but tasted even better. Then we all sat together and watched Jay's favoraite cartoon which I failed to understand then as per Jayden's request we went to get ice creams from the ice cream parlour nearby we had an extra large ice cream sundae together. From an outsider's point of view we might have looked like high school sweet hearts who had conception a little too fast.

        The sun was shining so hard and I felt tired and was ready to enjoy the a/c of the apartment but I was stopped halfway because the devilish little Jay decided to cool me off by a bucket full of water. Then I grabbed the nearest pipe to wet him with cold water then Nate joined in taking charge of the other pipe, the sprinklers were turned on and it felt like a water festival. We were fully wet and the sun bothered us no more. We were having our own fun forgetting the war that started all this then I crept up to Nate and snatched the pipe from him and attacked him with full force he was dripping wet now, then he started chasing me and me being unathletic was beaten by him, he caught me by the waist and spun me around with both of us laughing and giggling and we fell on the ground with a thud with me on top of him my hair enveloping our faces I felt a sense of deja vu but only this time I was on top of him. I got lost in his eyes again.

    " Nate what the hell? Are you cheating on me on top of that with a girl?" came a voice of a strikingly handsome guy.

Uh oh. Wait what Nate is gay?
