Chapter Ten

Meliodas managed to get out of the bed pulling the covers over her naked body. I put on my pants and head to the kitchen to make dinner for us. Heading outside he saw everyone was still outside, "It's safe to come inside now. Oh, and Elizabeth you can have King's bedroom since he prefers to sleep outdoors." I told her. Going back inside grabbed the platter that is on the table, getting ready to head upstairs. 

"Damn, she did a number on you Cap'n," Ban said while looking at his marks. That made Diane, Elaine, and Elizabeth blush a deep rosy red. Meliodas stopped what he was doing and looked down and saw the marks that covered his arms, and smirk over to Ban. "Not like you have anything to say, since I have seen what Elaine does to you before it healed up," Meliodas replied back at him, before heading to his wife, which just made Ban blush.

"Hey you," she whispered back to him husky. "Now I went to get some food for us," Meliodas told her while putting the platter on the bed, then taking off his pants and climbing into the bed. Pulling the platter closer to us. She sat up a little allowing the blanket to fall down enough for me to see her naked breast. I started hand-feeding her. "You know what this reminds me of?" she asked me. "Our Matting night," I replied. "Yes," she whispered back with a small smile. They enjoy the meal and drinks that Meliodas brought back from the kitchen. Meliodas put the platter on the nightstand, they lay back on the bed.  

Meliodas wakes up and looks over to Xenia. He still can't believe he found her. Watching the sunrise coloring her skin, she moans just a bit. "Are you just going to watch me sleep?" she asked in a husky voice. "Seems like a good way to start the morning," I replied. Getting up I went to my dresser where I have some clothes that I made for my lovely wife.

After seeing her getting dressed, you could see my mating necklace and all the love marks I covered her skin with. She pulled her hair up in a high ponytail before coming downstairs with me. 

Downstairs there was no one awake, so we cleaned up the place and got ready to leave since we couldn't open. Meliodas went out to talk to Hawk's Mama, while Xenia we busy cleaning glasses, when the first set of people woke up, which is Elizabeth and Elaine. 

"Good morning," Xenia called out to them with a smile. "Good morning." Elaine also said with a smile, while Elizabeth just said 'morning. "Where's Sir. Meliodas?" asked Elizabeth. "Oh, he's out there talking to Hawk's Mama." She told them while bending over to put away the glasses. 

Suddenly Xenia felt a hand under her skirt. Knowing it was Meliodas, she didn't try and stop him, but only moved away to start cooking food for them. Coming out of the kitchen with two plates of food, Xenia saw that the reason Meliodas friends were all awake. "I see you all awake," Xenia said to them, before taking a seat and handing Meliodas a plate of food. Ban went into the kitchen along with Elaine to start cooking for everyone else. 

"So where to Cap'n?" asked Ban, after finishing up making breakfast for everyone. "Back to Liones. I need to have a meeting with the King." Meliodas told him. "For what reasons, Sir. Meliodas?" asked Elizabeth. "Nothing for you to worry about Elizabeth," Meliodas told her with a smile, before going back to burying his head between his wife's breast, which made Elizabeth blush, but no one knows if it was out of embarrassment or anger.

"I'm telling you, lady, you could easily smack your husband if you want," Hawk told Xenia. "Now why would I do that?" asked Xenia with a tilt of her head. "Because he's touching you in front of other people." Hawk cried out like it was an outrage. "But we're demons," Xenia told him. "Yes. And?" Hawk replied back.

"Hawk, she means that demons are very horny. After demons reach adulthood, they start having sex and groping each other to tame it." Merlin told Hawk. "What do you mean?" asked King, who always hated Caption for his lusty behavior. "Well, Meliodas has always grop girls because it's in his nature. But now with his wife here, he will more than likely only grop her." Merlin told him. "So all these years, seeing Caption being lusty over women is because of their nature," Ban said in shock. 

"Yes," Xenia replied. "Unlike humans, fairies, and goddess born. Most other creatures including demons don't see sex as a sin." Meliodas told them before he got up and head for the bathroom, while Xenia is sitting down with a book she just found in his room. 

It's a story about this woman and man being changed by magic to hunt and kill monsters. But now there's war breaking out everywhere. So they have to help these two kingdoms unite as one for a short period of time. It's actually pretty good and has some parts that look like the Holy War. 

"Can you tell us a bit about you and Meliodas?" asked a very curious Diane. "So, what do you want to know?" she replied back. "Can you tell us how the Holy War started?" Diane asked. "Ah, that," she said, with a nod. 

"Well, it all started when the Queen, Meliodas mother was murdered. You see both the Supreme Ditiy and the Demon king have their own world. Or as you, humans called it heaven and hell. Somehow a goddess born managed to sneak into Hell and poisoned our Queen. That was when the prophecy of the Holy war came to be." she told them in a tone that sounded like storytelling.

"But the war didn't start for about almost two hundred years. By then Meliodas and I were pushing two-fifty years of age. And where at the aged to mate...or married. But the start of the first battle happened when one of the village-owned by demons was attacked late at night and was murdered in their bed." she stopped, as most of the girls in the room gasped, and the men look horrified. 

"Since I was the firstborn and would be King when my Father does past way. I built as you can say a kingdom for our kind where Comorlat is at. There I built a castle for my lovely wife to raised any young we might have along, with having my two younger brothers as my right-hand man." Meliodas told them. Making surprised to know that about their Caption, and Auther happily to know that he's in the present who built the castle he was born and rise in.

"When we got there, they did not spare a single soul. Not even a child." Meliodas told them in a grave tone, remembering the bloody scene. "At that time we have been married for well over three months. I was still getting used to my role as their leader and Princess, so at that time when Meliodas left I was the one put in charge of everything." Xenia went on.

"That was the first start of the Holy War. And it went on for four years, and it became even more brutal than the last year." Meliodas finished. "But that's all in the past now. Now I just want the quiet life." Meliodas told them with a big smile, making Xenia look at him with sadness but also smile alongside him.
