3rd person pov

Luther and Diego barge through the door of the cabin, Five and Klaus following behind. 

"Allison! No!" Luther yells, rushing over to Allisons side, sobbing at the site of her not responding. 

Klaus looking over Luther's shoulder seeing the state Allison is in making him cry too. 

Diego looked at his sisters state, letting a stray tear fall down his cheek. 

Now Five did acknowledged Allison and yes he was sad but he was looking for someone else. He looked around the whole living room until he found Delilah stashed away in a corner. "Delilah!" He yelled out, running over to her, crouching down to her level. Her eyes were shut and she looked lifeless. He shook her violently, yelling out her name the same Luther did with Allison, trying to wake her up. 

Klaus went to Five's side, seeing his favorite sibling with her stomach slashed open and blood everywhere. He started to sob even more when he saw her not responding either. Five started to cry, repeating the word 'no', not wanting her to be gone. 

Diego walked over to see Delilah just as bad as Allison and started to shed more tears. 

No one but Klaus could hear or see Ben but he was crying over Delilah's body. Not just tears trailing down his face, but actually crying. Or maybe to the point where he was bawling his eyes out just as Five and Luther were doing. This broke Klaus's heart even more.

They placed the two dying girls in the car as they rush back to the academy. 

"Come on! Let's go!" Five yells at his brothers.

"I don't think she's breathing." Luther said, talking about the girl in his arms. Allison.

"I don't know about Delilah." Diego said, having the girl in his arms. He didn't want his sisters to die, he wouldn't admit it but he loved them too much.

They carried the two girls inside and rushed them to the infirmary room where Grace was prepared to check out the two girls. Klaus and Five at Delilah's body. Luther at Allison's body. That leaves Diego in between so he could be there for both of his sisters.

"She's suffered a severe laceration to her larynx. One of you will have to give blood." Grace announced Allison's conditions to everyone. When they heard that someone had to give blood they all said 'I will', meaning that they all will gladly give blood to save their sister's life.

"I'm doing it." Luther told everyone.

"I'm afraid that's not possible, dear boy. Your blood is more compatible with mine." Pogo told Luther which made his heart break.

"Hey, don't sweat it. I-I got this, big guy. I love needles." Klaus said but also got shut down because his blood is too polluted with drugs.

"I'll do it." Diego said, being the hero. Once he saw the needle he fainted, due to a fear of needles.

"Stick him." Pogo told Grace. They drew the blood and quickly went over to Delilah.

"Well she suffered a severe slash to the stomach with traumatic blood loss." Grace told everyone as she inspected number X. 

"I'll donate blood." Five spoke to her. Grace looked at Pogo for an answer if he could do it or not. Once Grace saw a nod she started to pull out a needle and drew blood from Five. 

Grace shew them out of the room for she needed to preform surgery on the two girls. 

She started with Delilah since her surgery wasn't as hard as Allisons was. Then she moved onto Allison.
