The day it began

Izaya pov

I didn't want to get up today, what was the point anyway, no one cared for me, no one loved me everyone even my sisters wanted me dead and after all I did for them, I took all the abuse mother gave me I even took the rape father gave me just to protect my sisters but it doesn't matter anyway, they were to young to even remember but I couldn't stay in bed I have a person I have to meet so let's get this day started.

After I gave the information to the guy I was meeting I decided to walk around ikebukuro while trying to avoid shizu-chan,  I really didn't want to see anyone today so I just put my headphone on and listened to some music, After a hour of walking around I remembered I was running low on food so I stopped by a store to pick up some food and some dog food.

After I got home I call out to my dog "Sky, I'm home and I got you some food" I said as I heard Sky running towards me "hey boy I missed you, did you miss me" I said as Sky started to lick my face "Aww I missed you to, now let's get you some food" I said walking towards the kichten ready to get Sky some food but there was a knock on the door "that's weird I wasn't expecting anyone" I said as I grabbed my pocket knife and put it in my back pocket "sky go to my room and don't come" I told Sky but he stayed by my side this is way I like animals more then humans there loyal, there was another knock on the door so I walked up to the door with Sky behind me"who is it" I said looking through the peep hole "it's Shinra I just wanted to see how your doing, nobody really saw you today so I wanted to make sure you were ok" Shinra said, I opened the door to let him in, I walked back to the kichten to finish making Sky his food "Sky come here boy" I said as Sky ran towards me and jumped on me while licking my face, I began to laugh softly "alright alright down boy" I said getting up, I grabbed Sky dog bowl and put some dog food in there and gave it to Sky "now tell me Shinra why are you really here do you want information on something or something" I said looking Shinra in the eyes "fine Celty wanted me to make sure your not up to no good" Shinra said and here I thought he really cared about me for a second there "well as you can see I'm fine so you can go now, report back to Celty" I said as Shinra walked out the door "and here I thought he actually cared" I said as I went to my room, after a little while Sky came in and sat next to me "your the only one that cares for me" I said petting Sky's fur in till I fell asleep.

I woke up to someone licking my face, I automatically knew it was Sky "ok boy stop licking my face" I said getting out of bed "I don't feel like doing anything today but like always I have things to do "oh well, come on Sky we're going on a walk" I said as I put the leash.

After a few minutes of walking I decided to go the story to buy some more food because I'm not leaving my house for 2 months. I got the food I went back home to put it all away. After I got back and put all the food away "what a long day" I said as I over to my bookcase to grab the book I've been reading, it was one of me favorite book series, the first book the one I'm reading is called 'Kissing Scars' the next book in the series is called 'Healing  Scars' then it's 'Saving Scars' and the last one is 'remembering Scars' and it's by Amelia_Vale  (you can find the author on wattpad)  it's about a boy named Casey Ryan who is being bullied for being gay and he's parents neglecting him and it also has some sexual parts but I don't made it but I have to get the last two books, I have the first two but for some reason I don't have the last two but I'm not in any hurry to get them I'm still on the first book so I have time.

I siting at my desk facing the window when I noticed a little red dot on my chest "what the hell is this" I said getting up to get a better look at what it was but before I had realized what it was it was already to late, I felt the bullet price my chest, it hurt so much "so this is how I die shot in my own home by a snipper, I feel so cold, I can feel the blood leaving body, I'm sorry sky I guess this is the end"  I thought as I heard a voic "Master don't worry I'll save you, you don't deserve to die" I said as I saw a blurry figure above me "who are you" was the last thing I said before passing out with one thing on my mind. I don't want to die.
