forgot to state this earlier, but Muichiro and Giyu are back in their original form now (as in what they looked like as humans but their still demons with the marks in their face and the pillar thing in their eyes yk)

"Tokito... why did you bring a hashira here?" Giyu asked in his monotone voice, a contrast to his slightly tense body and twitching eye. his deep blue orbs glared in annoyance at Muichiro, a hand resting on the hilt of his blade.

"Oyakata-sama told me to," Muichiro plainly stated, not bothering to waste his energy in him. his cloudy eyes stared right back at the latter's ocean ones. his face was was deadpanned, reflecting his lack of care of the situation to further irritate Giyu.

Giyu's eyes lit up slightly at the familiar name, relaxing his posture, slowly and cautiously removing the grip on his sword.

that still didn't provide any context whatsoever, though. Giyu frustratedly sighed inside.

his gaze directed to the Demon Pillar with a more 'hopeful' look, if hopeful meant 'tell me the purpose of your visit before i brutally stab you repeatedly and rip out your organs'. Genya immediately understood from the highermoon's intimidating aura and opened his mouth before he would get killed.

"i'm just here to help him since he doesn't like to talk much apparently, but i'm not here to slay anyone unless i need to." Genya walked towards Giyu and handed him a rolled up piece of paper.

the water breath user ran his eyes through it, making sure to analyse and absorb its full contents. as his eyes travelled the rough surface of the paper, his already engraved frown deepened.

"are you sure this will work?" he looked up as he rolled it back up and placed it back into the secure hands of Genya.

the mohawk boy's face darkened.

"i doubted it at first too, but i have trust in Oyakata-sama, and i'm sure you do too. i suspect this isn't actually the full plan, but this is all we need to know. also, please keep the scroll, everyone involved has their own," he replied, handing back the scroll.

"so, will you agree help us?"

Giyu pondered for a moment, the main worry in his mind still not eased. however this plan, as much as he loved her, was undeniably more important. but there was still a sense of hesitation in him.
