"So what's Mr. Hottie's name?" Julie asked me while wiggling her eyebrows up and down.
"Damon." I told her while slamming my locker shut.
"Is he giving you a ride home?"
I shrugged my shoulders. What would it take for this girl to drop the dang subject?
"If you don't like him can I make a move?" Julie asked me with hopeful eyes.
"Please don't." I whined.
"Okay, okay." Julie sighed before 3rd period started.

After I grabbed my messenger bag out of my locker and slammed it shut I saw Luke walking up to me.
"I'm going over to my friends house I'll see you tonight." Luke told me.
"Okay I'll let Mom know." I smiled at Luke. Luke than walked back over to his friends. We were not exactly what you call "close" but we tried to be nice to each other. Just as I was walking outside I already could see Damon's car.
"Is that your boyfriend?" Tony the quarterback asked me? Tony was indeed what you would call a player. The longest he ever dated a girl was two weeks.
"Just a friend." I told him before walking away from him.
"Hey Babe." Damon said while smirking.
"What are you doing here?" I asked Damon?
"Picking you up from school of course." Damon said innocently.
I took in a deep breath before getting into Damon's car.
"So was that your boyfriend you were talking to?" Damon asked in a casual tone.
"Why would you want to know?" I snapped.
"Just curious."
After that the air went silent.
"No he's not my boyfriend." I sighed while drumming my fingers on the dashboard.
Out of the corner of my eye I could see Damon smiling not smirking but smiling.
"Where are we going?" I asked Damon once he took a left turn.
"I thought you said you'd show me around." Damon told me.
"Sure take another right and there's a good smoothie shop and than we can walk from there." I informed him.
"Walk?"
"Yes walk I am on the track team so I have to stay in shape."
"Whatever you say babe." Damon said while pulling up to the smoothie shop.
