Astro's POV
I decided to skip dinner last night. I went for a walk on the beach instead to think about the fight with my fa- no End. I will not think of him as a father anymore. He never was, and never will be anything to me anymore. Chaos is more like a father to me than End ever was. Percy is also the greatest cousin anyone could ever have. I am also worried about him. I don't want him doing something stupid during the final battle, but knowing him for the few short weeks that we have known each other, he will do something stupid and noble and will probably get himself killed.
I am currently in the woods wandering around, not wanting to have any interaction with the camp. I needed to clear my head. The final battle is coming soon, and I can't help but feel that something bad is going to happen. While I was lost in my thoughts my legs took me back to the Chaos cabin at three in the morning. The cabin had expanded to fit my room, so I headed upstairs to mine listening to everyone else snoring. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
I woke up the next morning at nine and walked downstairs to see everyone engaged in a serious and heated conversation. I heard yelling from upstairs, but when I got down there I had to cover my ears it was so loud. Glad this place is soundproof.
"I don't know how I feel about this, guys! If we reveal our identities then the camp would be at more risk from Alex, Annabeth, and Isabella. Sure we could gain their trust more but is it worth the risk?" I heard Luke yell over the others. So they are thinking about revealing Percy, Thalia, and Luke's identities to the rest of camp.
"I don't want to personally reveal my identity, but if it's what we have to do, then fine," I hear Percy grumble. I can hear a trace of worry in his voice, but that makes sense. He was betrayed in the first place. Everyone left him. It was probably hard enough to make him come back here, now they are thinking about revealing their identities to the rest of them.
"Oh my Gods, you guys are loud," I chime in. Everyone's head swivels to me as they didn't see or hear me come down the stairs.
"Sorry about that. Knowing that you have probably heard us and what we are arguing about, what is your say in the matter?" Selina asks. She was a nice person.
"Well, what are the pros and cons of revealing Luke, Thalia, and Percy's identities?" I inquiry.
"The pros are that the camp could give us more trust and they can learn the truth of the betrayal. We could work better as a team. The cons are that it would start an uproar and the camp could be more susceptible to attack from the spies. We could give them a surprise on the battlefield, but what if they already know?" Will answers.
"Well, I know that from Percy's earlier statement that he would do it if he has to, so that is one. What about you Luke? You too Thalia, what's your say on the matter?" I ask.
"I don't really want to, but if Percy over there is gonna do it then I will to I guess. He is like a brother to me and I don't want him facing it alone," Thalia says. I look over to Luke to see him deep in thought.
"I guess so. People will eventually figure it out anyway," Luke says.
"Then when are we going to reveal ourselves? We can't just walk out of the tent with our hoods off and be like "Here we are! Your former best friends!" It would be crazy," Percy states. Zoe is sitting next to him with her head on his shoulder.
"We could do it at the campfire tonight. All the campers will be there and we could get Chiron to invite the Olympians," Bianca states helpfully. We all nod and then it looks like Zoe got an idea.
"Perce, did you bring your guitar? We could use that!" Zoe says. Percy looks away sheepishly. It seems like no one else knew he played. I look around to see everyone looking at my cousin in shock. Yep, theory confirmed.
