Part 8: Present

     It's been a week since Mina was born and Jimin was now sitting in the meeting hall with the princes of each kingdom. His now bright purple hair stood out making Taehyung very curious now while each prince stared at him, waiting for him to speak.

"So what's with the new hair Jimin?" Taehyung asked with a curious smile, making Jimin look towards him.

"The last color was getting a bit boring so I decided to change it. Anyways, on to the more important subject. You all are probably wondering why you're here. Am I correct?" Jimin asked, watching them nod their heads.

"I wanted to propose a special unit for each kingdom, with each one of you being the captain for your kingdom's special unit. Along with a new training regimen for all the soldiers of each kingdom. How would you guys feel about this?" Jimin proposed as he watched them all look unsure about it.

"What makes you think that this is a good idea for us? Our kingdoms would be vulnerable for a while until the soldiers learn the new training and us being the captains would put us in harm's way. What will happen if one of us dies? Who's going to rule our kingdom then?" Kim Namjoon, the prince of the Eari Kingdom asked.

"To answer your first question, it would help because it would lower the amount of deaths in each kingdom. Then while the soldiers are learning the new training methods, the special unit would be protecting their kingdoms. Also I'm sorry but do you really think that anyone is safe nowadays? If you haven't heard, the kingdom of Keri and Zyia have been destroyed and no one can locate the princes.  From what I read from the leader of the special unit in Keri's book, the special units were the best defense for their kingdom that were created by the strongest of their kingdom. The only way we're going to get through this mess is if we work together and stop being assholes to each other or we're all going to end up the same way!" Jimin went off, shocking everyone in the room.

     Silence filled the room as the princes of each kingdom sat and thought about the information that was just thrown at them. Jimin was right and they knew that.

"I'm in. When do we start." The usually quiet and reserved prince of Enya, Min Yoongi stated, shocking the whole room.

"What? He's right, you know. If we don't work together we might as well be as good as dead. Plus he's going off of information that was best known from Keri and Zyia. If we build off of what they created then we might be able to solve and fix the problems that they had, avoiding the destruction of our kingdoms in the process." Yoongi stated, slowly getting everyone on board.

"Well if he's in, so am I." Jung Hoseok, the prince of Zetta said, convincing the other princes.

"Me as well." The prince of Bayu, Kim Seokjin nodded his head in agreement.

"Then I'll agree as long as I get to choose who's in my unit." Namjoon sighed, making Jimin smile.

"You will all get to choose who's in your unit, but I will have to approve of it. We don't need a repeat of last time. I also have a request to make if you all don't mind hearing it." Jimin asked as he bit his lip, hoping they would be on board with it.

"Well, what is it?" Seokjin asked, wanting to hear what he had to say.

"I would also like to create a special unit for the princes of Keri and Zyia. I would be the one training them and I think it would be a good idea because it seems that the light and dark powers are most effective against the creatures from The Realm of the Unknown." Jimin stated as he watched the looks of uncertainty on the other prince's face until one spoke up.

"I think that would be a good idea. that way when the princes are found they have someone to fight with and give some hope about getting their kingdom back." Taehyung said gathering the others' support.

"I think we can all agree with that." Hoseok said with everyone nodding their heads in agreement.

"Ok then, if that is all, I need you all to send me a list of who you want on the special unit by the end of the week. I want you to pick out 30 of your strongest, but just so you know only 5 will be in the unit. I will come and evaluate them myself and choose the ones I think are strong enough to be on it." Jimin stated with the princes agreeing to the information before leaving. Now the only two people left in the room were Taehyung and Jimin.

"Do you really think this will work?" Taehyung asked, looking at Jimin.

"In all honesty, I don't know. I really don't. It didn't work the first time, but maybe if we fix the issues we had the first time then it will work the second time. There is always failure before success. Hopefully only once." Jimin replied, looking down at the table.

"Jimin, we all know that you came from Keri, was there anything you saw when it was destroyed?" Taehyung asked. He knew that he had been through a lot knowing that his kingdom was destroyed. Him being a native to the kingdom was the reason they hired him so quickly in hopes he would be able to find the princes and in the process, they became close like family.

"Unfortunately too much." Jimin said before getting up and leaving Taehyung and the conference room behind to his own room.

     Shutting his door, he put his back to the door and slid down it until his face was in his knees and started crying. The memories from the past playing in his head on repeat. Wishing he could turn back time, but knowing it was impossible. The only thing he could do was look forward to the future and pray that everything would be alright.
