I had no clue what the voice in the back of my head meant when it screamed MATE! And it kinda scared me. I soon realized that I was still holding Josh's hand so I quickly dropped it blushing. Josh was the one who broke the awkward silence, " So what brings you to your friends place if you don't mind me asking?" "Ummm.... he just moved here and I kinda moved with him to get away from my parents, so he's letting me stay with him until I find my own place." I said looking up a Josh who seemed to have a jealous look in his eye but soon flashed away as quick as it came." Oh... so your just friends nothing more?" He asked which surprised me because he wanted to know so much. " Yeah just friends I would never date his fat, lazy ass." I respond laughing. Josh looked hopeful as I said that then responded, " Well don't you think you should get back to him before he starts worrying that you got lost?" " I looked at the time and realized I've been walking around for almost 3 hours and definitely needed to get back." Oh gosh I do need to get back it getting really late, thanks for the chat Josh!" I said running out the door.

When I made it back Jason was pacing the floor wildly. As soon as he saw me he asked," where have you been and why do you smell like dog." "I was out exploring and I don't smell like dog do I?" I then asked"have you been keeping something from me?" "Look Hazel sit down. I have been keeping something from you and it was for your own safety and that's why I really wanted you to move with me here but remember that this was for your own safety." Jason said slowly while sitting down. " ok I won't get to mad now tell me!" Jason looked at me before started," Ok, your adopted, don't interrupt, your brith parents died in a war because they were werewolves and you are to, your aunt, my mother thought it would be good to let you live in the human world until you were 18 and you could move with me to London, mainly because you could find a better pack to be in and would be safer. Now where I come in to all of this is that I am your guardian angel sent by the Moon Goddess to protect you and your mate, because you are the rare wolf." I was shocked at what he said I would have yelled at him it was all a lie if it weren't for the piano coursing through my body. I felt my bones shifting in to new places that were so unreal. Soon it all stopped I looked up to Jason who was looking at me in admiration. Jason grabbed a camera took a pick then turned to me and said," think of yourself in human form, I'll go get you so clothes." Jason walked away as I slowly changed back to my human form. Once I was changed in to real clothes a voice, the same voice from earlier, started talking in my head," Hi! My names Grace, I'm your wolf. Sorry I scared you earlier but I wanted to let you know that Drake was are mate." I figured if I just thought about the thought going to her would work so I tried it," Who's Drake I only met a Josh." " sorry Drake is Josh's wolf forgot to tell you that. And we should go see them Drake is begging us to come back." " ok maybe later Grace I just learned about all of this." I cut the connection after that.

I turned to Jason, after having the whole night to think thing trough, and said, " Show me the pic you took last night of me." He handed me the camera and I saw a purple wolf with fiery green eyes ready to fight. It was an amazing pic. I handed it back to him and realized, this was my new life this was the way it was suppose to be.
