Peace.

This is all she ever felt for the last 8 years.

Nothing but peace.

The gentle breeze follows her every movement as she leaps from tree to tree, landing so perfectly on every branch. She was one of the most skilled people in her hometown, it was a shame she wasn't allowed in the streets anymore.

For she is a wanted criminal.

In her hometown, hunting is extremely illegal, and considering the only sorts of food she can eat in the forest are mostly just meat, she must hunt to survive.

However for 8 years, she was never caught, her speed is incredible and her reflexes are so perfect you could almost say she's been dodging shit since the day she was able to walk.

But with that said, she didn't mind her life in the slightest, hell she almost just completely loved it. If it wasn't so lonely all the time she would love this forest forever.

This was her home, she wouldn't change it for anything.

But that all changed one fateful day, a day that began a new era for this criminal.

With a massive yawn, the messy-looking female woke from her sleep, her eyes struggling to adjust to her surroundings as always when she wakes up.

She sat up from her messy bed and stretched, just another fine day in the forest she thinks to herself as she gets up from the bed and throws her hoodie on. She stares into the distance of the forest, wondering where the wind will take her today.

She begins her 'journey' into the forest only she knows. Leaping onto the closest tree and adventuring into the darkest parts of her home. The forest's trees blocked the sky the further she went.

She proceeded to do all the tasks she normally does every single day, from hunting animals for food to having a quick swim in the clear lake near where she sleeps. This was her routine every day so she had no problems with completing everything, After all this was the only routine that is safe from the police.

The day began to fall into the night as the woman continued to finish off her remaining tasks. It was growing quieter as the background noises of animals and the city near the shady forest began to die down and the breeze became stronger.

She let out a huge sigh, the day was finally over.

That's what she thought, but it wasn't quite over just yet.

As she makes her way back to where she rests, a loud irritating sound screams in the air, one she is very familiar with as well.

"We've found her!! Make sure she doesn't escape"

It was the police.

Without another second to waste, she began to climb into the trees and start the chase, going faster with every leap she made to try and get the cops off her ass. She hasn't been caught for eight years, so there's no way she was going to let them catch her today.

She kept going, her stamina not seeming to slow down at all.

She couldn't lose, she just couldn't.

That's when..

Everything immediately went black.

"ugh..." the woman grumbled quietly as she slowly woken from passing out randomly, only to pause as she realised that she wasn't in the area she was earlier.
