Pyronite DNA: Izuku can transform into his Pyronite form, and can utilize some of his abilities in human form. 

Human Form Abilities: 
Pyrokinesis: Izuku has the ability to generate and manipulate fire. In human form, he has a higher level of control, but a lower level of power output. Generating fire can wear him out if he makes to much. Izuku will begin to overheat if he tries to manipulate large amounts of fire for too long 
Resistance to Extreme Temperatures: Izuku can withstand a wider range of temperatures in the environment, from the boiling point of water to far below freezing. 
Resistance to Fire: Izuku takes less damage from fire and heat-based attacks. His skin is extremely hard to burn. 
Infrared Vision: Izuku can see infrared light, allowing him to track heat sources 
Electrical Resistance: Izuku has some level of resistance to electricity based attacks. 
Heat Amplification: Izuku can amplify the heat in the area around him. 
Cryokinesis: When Izuku get's sick, his Pyrokinesis is replaced with the ability to generate and manipulate Ice, and he also gains a resistance to freezing. Izuku can give himself frostbite or worsen his illness if he uses these abilities for too long. All above abilities that reference heat or fire can be replaced with cold or ice (respectively) when Izuku is under these conditions. 
Peak Physical Condition: Izuku is at the physical peak for his age and height, being much stronger, faster, and more agile than other humans. 

Pyronite Form Abilities: 
Enhanced Strength: Izuku can easily punch through a brick wall. 
Enhanced Durability: Izuku can tank a laser blast powerful enough to pierce through steel. 
Enhanced Agility: Izuku is surprisingly coordinated and flexible in his Pyronite form. 
Enhanced Reflexes: Izuku can react around 5 times faster than the average human in Pyronite form. 
Thermokinesis: Izuku can manipulate the vibration of molecules. 
Voluntary Temperature Regulation: Izuku can manually decrease the size of his flames through focus. 
Fire/Heat Absorption: Izuku can absorb fire and heat from his surroundings, allowing him to fuel his pyrokinesis or end his cryokinesis. 
Pyrokinesis: Izuku has the ability to generate and manipulate fire. In pyronite form, he has a hire level of power output, but a lower level of control. He is no longer tired out by generating fire, and no longer risks overheating. 
Ice/Cold Absorption: Izuku can absorb ice and cold, allowing him to fuel his cryokinesis and recharge his pyrokinesis. 
Cryokinesis: Izuku, either when sick, by using intense focus, or by absorbing a large amount of ice, can generate and manipulate ice. Doing this turns his fire blue. If he uses the absorption route, he will have to either work the ice out of his system, or absorb a large amount of fire to return to "normal". He no longer risks getting frostbite, but if he changes back to human form without using up all his ice, he risks getting sick. 
Fire/Heat Immunity: Izuku is virtually immune to fire- or heat-based attacks. 
Ice-Cold Immunity: Izuku is virtually immune to ice- or cold-based attacks. 
Electricity Immunity: Izuku is completely immune to electricity-based attacks. 
Light-Generation: Izuku generates light from his body. 
Terrakinesis (limited): Izuku can rip up a chunk of the ground and turn it into a comet-like hoverboard that he can fly on.
Underwater Survivability: Izuku does not have to breathe to survive, and is highly resistant to pressure. He is even capable of swimming at high speeds and using a limited amount of pyrokinesis underwater. However, if he tries to use his cryokinesis underwater, he risks freezing himself solid. 
Temperature Manipulation: Izuku can alter the temperature of his environment, either reversing or amplifying the current temperature: 
Pyroportation: Izuku can teleport using fire. 
Infrared Vision: Izuku can see infrared light, though in this form he is somewhat limited in fact that his own body can occasionally give off so much heat that it blinds him.
