It was the first day of school. Ciera got up and out of her bed. Did her morning routine and headed downstairs.
Mmmmm. I smell some waffles. Yum!!
"So honey, are you excited for the first day of school?" Mom said while putting a waffle on my plate
"Well not really, I just feel normal. Not really excited and also not really not excited" I said with a smile
"Have you got all the things you need?"Dad said while passing me lunch money
"Yup, now I do. Bye mom. Bye dad,see ya later" I said while kissing them both on the cheek.
"Ok, bye sweetie" they both said.
~~~~~~~ AT THE BUS STOP~~~~~~~
I wonder how my first day will be? Will it be good? Will it be bad!?
Uhh, Ciera, stop it. Your in the DOT (deep thought) zone again.
I snapped out when the bus arrived.
On the bus, I saw a lot of people. I was so suprised, being the typical me not being used to big crowds.
But luckily I snapped out of my astonishment.
I looked for an empty seat so that I could be alone and maybe go to the DOT zone and ponder a little.
And suddenly the two girls infront of me looked at me
"Hey, are you a new?" the first girl asked.
"We don't see you all the time." the second girl asked
"Yes, I just moved here" I said sheepishly
"Well welcome to Long Beach High, I'm Dani Holloway."
"And I'm Ella Holloway. But when you need to call us both you can just call us Daniella."
"Hi, I'm Ciera"
"As you can see we are twins." said Dani
"Yeah, I can see you guys are identical twins. But don't worry, I think I can tell you guys apart."
And that was the start of a good friendship
