Your voice came out a little louder.
"She came back so sudden and I was busy with my other patients...I'm sorry for not informing you."He said looking down.
"Oh stop the acting!"
You rolled your eyes and was about to walk away again but he stopped you.
"It's raining...Your clothes are completely soaked."
You looked down at your clothes which were sticking to your body due to it's wetness.
You sighed annoyed.
"My house is close...We can go dry up there and have a...nice conversation?"He asked, raising his left eyebrow with a pleading look.
"It's fine if you don't want to...but I reallly want to clear thing be-"You cut him off mid sentence.
"Let's go!My new boots are ruined!"
You sighed.
Mr Kim's car was only parked a few steps away from the cafe.
Last time you didn't get a good look at his car.
It was a Genesis GV80 SUV.
Rich...I see.
You thought as you opened the car door and plopped on the seat not caring if it got wet.
Closing the door harshly, you tried your best to avoid making eye contact with Mr Kim.
On the way to his house he kept sparing small glances at you but you also noticed that he was getting further away from the city.
"You told me you lived nearby."
You muttered loud enough for him to hear.
"It is nearby."
He said, taking a left turn.
"How have you been doing?"
He asked.
"Good...I'm doing great."
You replied still not sparing a glance at him.
"Do you take your medicine?"
He asked raising his eyebrow.
"I sometimes take it when I'm having trouble sleeping."You said as you felt your cheeks heat up because of how caring he was.
Suddenly you saw something very bright strike the road which caused you to flinch.
"The news that the weather would get worse at night."Mr Kim said looking at you.
"Ah really?"
You ruffled your hair before sitting straight again.
He hummed.
You finally took a quick glance at him but you couldn't stop take off your eyes.
"You're pretty."
You spat out making him chuckle.
"I know."
He giggled and you couldn't stop yourself from smiling.
His giggles made the atmosphere less awkward.
"Finally!"
He sighed as he took a right turn and you saw a pretty big house.
It looked very captivating and already cozy from outside.
Beside the house was only trees.
It had a beautiful entrance.
Mr Kim grab your hand making you come back to earth.
