Survivor Series 2019: In a Triple Threat Champion vs. Champion vs. Champion match, Bayley, Becky Lynch, and Shayna Baszler all fought their hearts out. Towards the end of the match, Shayna locked in her Kirifuda Clutch on Bayley and seemingly made her pass out, only for Becky to break it up, toss her out of the ring, and lock in a Dis-Arm-Her for the tap out victory.
Later on in the show, Sasha Banks was the last survivor on Team Smackdown's Women's team but ended up pinned by Rhea Ripley following a Riptide for the 1 2 3, eliminating Smackdown and the Boss from the match up.
Smackdown Friday November 29th: Sasha and Bayley are backstage, reeling from their various losses, before they're approached and mocked by Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville.
"You know, if I was on the team instead of Sasha, I bet I would've won it for Smackdown instead of getting eliminated by some no name from NXT." Sonya taunts, as Mandy laughs.
"Too true! And if I was Smackdown Women's Champion instead of Bayley, I would've won it instead of passing out and then tapping out!" Mandy adds with a smirk before they both leave.
With these taunts, a tag team match later in the night was set up between the two teams.
It was clear Bayley and Sasha had a point to prove, both women going aggressive right out of the gate, dominating and double teaming a clearly overwhelmed Mandy Rose.
"You think we're both losers, huh?" Bayley screams down at Mandy, stomping away at her. Bayley then has her in position for a Bayley to Belly, but at Sasha's request, tags the Boss back in and goes and takes out Sonya off the apron, rolling outside the ring to inflict more punishment on Deville. Sasha then takes a second to pose to a mixed reaction, before getting her hair grabbed and caught in a small package by the Golden Goddess for the three count and the upset win for Fire and Desire.
Sasha looks shocked and upset in the ring and Bayley looks furious, grabbing her title and glaring after Mandy and Sonya. She then turns her attention and looks down at Sasha on the mat, who reaches an arm out, seemingly asking for Bayley to help her up, only for the Smackdown Women's Champion to shockingly push Sasha's arm out of the way and stomp up the ramp on her own, still looking angry beyond belief at what had happened at the end of the match.
Later in the show, Bayley is approached by Kayla Braxton for an interview.
"Bayley, earlier tonight you and Sasha lost to Fire and Desire in what many would call an upset, and after the match you left Sasha alone in the ring. Any comments on what transpired?"
"First of all Kayla, We didn't lose, Sasha Banks lost tonight out there!" Bayley says, growling, "And that's been sort of a pattern since she's returned, Clash of Champions, lost to Becky Lynch, Hell in a Cell, lost to her again, Survivor Series, lost, tonight, lost. And me, Survivor Series aside, I've been on fire this year. And if Sasha wants to keep losing, well I might need to find better friends more worthy of a champion!"
Smackdown December 6th: Sasha Banks is approached backstage by Kayla Braxton and asked for a response to what Bayley said last week.
"You know what, I have been on a bit of a cold streak since returning, I'll admit it! But tonight, everyone gets to watch as I decimate that overrated bimbo Mandy Rose. And on the topic of my friendship with Bayley, she is still my best friend and tonight she's invited to ringside so she can watch and see that I am still the same Boss as ever!"
Later that night, Sasha, with Bayley in her corner, faces Mandy, who, of course, has Sonya in her corner. From the opening bell, Sasha shows new aggression, clearly fed up with her recent losses as she takes down Mandy immediately with a Meteora in the corner and keeps going at full speed throughout, wearing Mandy down with backbreakers and knee strikes while Bayley grins on the outside, liking the aggression she was seeing from her friend.
"Come on Mandy, you thought you were better than me?" Sasha screams, slapping her hard in the face and dodging a wild clothesline from the Golden Goddess and then dropping her with a swinging neck breaker, shockingly only getting a two count, to Sasha's frustration as Bayley shouts at her to finish it. Sasha waits for Mandy to get up, before kicking her in the gut and then turning her around. Sasha then jumps up for a Backstabber but Mandy grabs the ropes, sending Sasha crashing to the mat behind her before Mandy nails her bicycle knee strike, flooring Sasha and allowing Mandy to get the win.
After the match and Mandy and Sonya have left, Bayley enters the ring with a distraught Sasha, keeping her emotions masked well. She seems to be more understanding than last week, helping Sasha to her feet and seemingly forgiving her with a hug, only to turn it right around into a Bayley to Belly, laying out her, now former, best friend.
"Are you kidding me Sasha? You lost to Mandy again? That's fucking pathetic Sasha!" Bayley screams, drawing gasps from the crowd for her dropping of the f-bomb. Bayley isn't done shocking the crowd though, picking up Sasha and hitting another Bayley to Belly, and a third, leaving Sasha writing around on the ground. Bayley isn't done however, rolling outside the ring and grabbing a chair underneath it, rolling back in the ring and starting to repeatedly whack it over Sasha's back, drawing winces of sympathy from the crowd at the brutality Bayley was unleashing on her former friend.
"Come on Sasha, at least I'm not doing a whack for every loss you've taken since you came back, otherwise we'd be here all night!" Bayley screams, positively gleeful as she bends the chair over the back of the Boss. Bayley then leaves the chair down on the mat and drags the limp, unmoving form of Sasha Banks up to the top rope. Shockingly then, despite the protest of the referees out to check on Sasha, Bayley unleashes an avalanche Bayley to Belly onto the chair, earning gasps and winces from the crowd. Bayley then, in one last vile act, spits down in Sasha's face, before grabbing her title and leaving the ring with a big smile, the announcers discussing what had happened to Bayley, as she went further than usual and seemingly reveled in it.
