this is a crossover between the two shows MHA (mainstream anime) and B the Beginning (an awesome anime that doesn't get just as much love as it deserves).
basically, Koku gets teleported to the Mha universe by the government because he is causing too much trouble for them. (this book is set after season two of B the beginning (BTB) and at the start of the show in Mha). during that time he is also de-aged down to 14 instead of 20, also the RIS is looking for koku because Kieth, Izanami, Yuna and Lilly are worried for him.
