Pov:No one

Zenitsu shot up. Mind running. He started to breathe heavy and start to see colors in the corner of his eyes. He started to cry. He tried to make little to no noise. To make sure not to wake the others.

He started to breathe very hard. It felt like he was getting choked. He tried to stand up and run away so he wouldn't be a bother to Inosuke and Tanjiro.

He ended up falling near the door. He stayed still to listen to make sure no one was awake.

After a moment he continued to run out of the house and into the woods right outside of the house. He fell to his knees and started to cry.

He tried to breathe right but it never worked. He tried to think of gramps and how he would've helped him, but it didn't work at all. Gramps was gone. He was alone now.

He couldn't hear the noises around him at the moment and he could care less if he died. He thought no one would miss him. They all say he's annoying so who cares, right?

He then heard a twig snap in the distance. And shot up. And looked around.

"H-hello...?"Zenitsu asked quietly.

Tanjiro's Pov:

I woke up to the smell of blood.. it took me a moment to realize that Zenitsu was also missing...

I jumped out of my futon and grabbed my sword. I followed the scent of blood to see where it was. It lead me to the woods...'strange..' I thought.

I looked around after entering the woods, and I then smelled zenitsu's scent getting stronger.

I look around to hear the sound of crying. I realized it was Zenitsu and started to go for the sound. I finally found him.
