Hated Hero ft. Criminal!Surge (read desc)

Surge falls to the ground after getting thrown at the wall. While getting up, Stormer shakes his head at him.

Stormer: You didn't improve from the last training. Did you even take my words serious?!

Surge: Y-yes sir...

Stormer: Well it certainly doesn't look like it!

Surge: I tried sir, really!

Stormer lets out a frustrated sigh and puts his weapon away.

Stormer: You're dismissed for today. Go get a core recharge. I expect better from you during our next training.

Surge stays silent and exits the training sphere. On his way to the Quaza chamber, he meets Grant from the Gamma-team.

Grant: Heya Surge! What's with the long face?

Surge: Morning Grant. It's nothing, just had training with Alpha-leader.

Grant: Ah, you know how Stormer is. But this HAS been going for quite a while now. Are you sure you're alright?

Surge: I'm well aware and I assure you, I'm fine.

Grant: If you say so... I need to get going now, our chief called for a meeting.

Surge: Welp, see you around then.

Grant: *pats Surge on the shoulder* See you around buddy.

After Grant left, Surge went to mission control to inform Zib and from there continued his ways to the Quaza chamber. After recharging, Surge went to the exits so he can get some fresh air outside. When he passed the mission control, he saw that Zib and Stormer seemed to be in an argument. Surge listened to them while hiding.

Zib: Stormer, I do NOT tolerate this sort of behaviour from you!

Stormer: What I'm saying is the truth. Surge isn't made for the Alpha-team! He can't cuff a villain by himself, he can't aim properly and he never improves!

Zib: For the last time, Surge has proven himself worthy for the team! He passed the test and he has shown potential for a rookie.

Stringer joins them.

Stringer: Sorry chief, but I agree with Stormer. Surge is too clumsy and unorganized for this team. Even Grant would have fitted better than him.

Zib: H-how....can you say such thing?!

While arguing with them, Furno joins and stands by Zib's side. Surge stopped listening. Something shattered inside of him after he heard what Stringer and Stormer said. He felt betrayed, by his own teammates. He didn't want to believe it, but he started feeling HATE towards his team, of which he thought was his family. Surge came out of his hiding.

Everyone went silent.

Surge: Not made for the team huh? Looks like we share the same opinion about me then.

Stringer: Surge-

Surge: No, shut up. Just, shut up! Hate on me all you want, I don't care anymore! I don't f*cking care! Everyday, you say I'm too clumsy, too weak, too uncoordinated and god knows what! Am I even still a hero?!

Furno: Of course, don't be stu-

Surge: I'm still a hero? *his eyes turn red because his patience snapped* Well I don't sound very heroic to me! And guess what? I'm done, I'm f*cking done with this bullsh*t! If I don't act like a hero then I might as well stop working as one! See? Simple! You guys don't have me as a burden anymore and I can stop worrying about failling you.
