Me and my father got to the door to cobra kai and he says to me "let me to the talking alright"my dad said to me " yes sir" I say then we both walked in as the bell rings i a middle aged man with blond hair come out and say Miguel? I just leaned against the wall then my dad starts to speak "congratulations you did what I thought you could do you won" the man who I assumed was Johnny still hasn't said anything he was just stares at us "cobra Kai backs where it belongs back on top everyone closed the book on us they thought we were done but now the see that the real story has just begun"my dad says.

I walk by his side that was Johnny "said I though you were dead" my dad takes a step forward and says "you ain't the only one kid I been away a long long time that reminds me Johnny meet my son Nick" I look at Johnny's eyes and say "Nice to meet you" but Johnny skipped right over me and look back at my dad "it's good to see you" my dad says He held his hand out Johnny smacked it away immediately I started to step forward but my dad put his hand on my chest.

I Then backed up two steps "still got that hot temper huh" my dad said to Johnny and chuckles "but I like that...I like that I bet that's why your student is now the champion you trained him well...just like I trained you"my dad said.

I just sat there knowing all of this already because my dad told me history with cobra Kai he even taught me karate when I was 10 even though i know what he did was wrong but he did what he had to do to win even though he didn't as I was day dreaming Johnny tries to punch my dad but easily blocks it then he grabs his arms and trips his feet then Johnny falls to the ground my dad told me not to get involved if things get physical so i just stay put "you forgot I taught you everything you know" my dad says "not everything" Johnny says as he kick my dad in the face making his cigar to fly out his mouth in the trash can.

"Not bad Mr Lawrence..not bad" I just sat there not wanting to get involved then Johnny throws a punch my dad counters and pushes him into the trophy case then they continued to fight I then noticed smoke coming from the trash can I was about to say something but then my dad kicks Johnny into a mirror "holy shit" I say in whisper.

"look I don't wanna fight I just wanna talk"my dad says out of breath "about what how you taught me to fight dirty? how you broke my second place trophy.. how you tried to kill me" I look at my dad and my dad looks at me then he turns back to Johnny and says "I never tried to kill you" after a few seconds Johnny tackles my dad then they roll round for a few seconds then Johnny put my dad in a choke hold i was about to jump in.

But my dad said stop I stopped in my tracks Johnny looks at me then he looks at a piece of glass on the ground at this point I forgot about the fire then Johnny let's my dad go "shown mercy to an old man very honorable and stupid"my then sweeps Johnny off his feet and elbowed him in the chest then both of them just laid there tired then the water sprinklers went off I then went over to my dad and helped him up we'll speak soon my dad says to Mr Lawrence we then walk out.

as we were walking back I say "well that went well" i say in an sarcastic tone he stops and looks at me seriously I then say "listen dad I know you I know why you want to get back in cobra Kai and it's nothing good I came with you because I love you and I care about you" he steps towards me and says nothing he just pats me on the shoulder then walk toward the hotel listen I try to catch up to him "if you want to get on Johnny's good side be smart be sympathetic" i said to him "you get that from your mother" he says out of nowhere "I get what from her?"I say "worrying about me to much" he says.

We walk into our hotel and got to our rooms dad I say. Yes I love you I say I love you to he says as he closed the door i take my shoes off and went to the bath room I look at myself in the mirror my curly brown hair I consider my myself to be tall about 6 foot at 16 after I'm done look at myself I took a shower then went to bed a couple.

I jump up to my alarm that going off I turn it off immediately and saw the Time was 9 am I got up and checked my phone and I got a text from my dad it said going to talk to Johnny at the dinner that was sent at 7:30am I took a shower and went out the hotel then I got on my bike but before i rode off I see my dad come up in i dropped my bike and went over to him "so how it go?" I said "not great" he says in a serious tone "I even tried being sympathetic" he said to to me "well at you tried" I said then I had an idea "wait didn't he say you broke his second place trophy" I said to my dad "yea so" he replied back

"soooo You fix it and give to him and make you sincere as possible" I said to him "Jesus you are my son" my dad says "anyway I'm go out find something to do" I said to my dad "oh speaking of that" my dad says "I enrolled you in school here" he then said to me "you serious" I said  "yup when school starts back up your going" he said and walks off into to building "great" I say as I got on my bike I was riding around cobra Kai just starring at It Johnny was teaching a class so I parked my bike on the sidewalk I walked to the door and look in Johnny was yelling but I couldn't make out what he was saying.

He then see me in the window I wave to him he went to the door and opened it immediately "why are you here?" he starts to look around don't worry "Kreese isn't here I came alone" I said to him "well go way" he says "Wait" I grabbed his arm "listen I know what my dad did to you was horrible and I'm sorry for that but my dad really has changed a lot" I said to Johnny but he just looks at me and says "is that all?" uhh yeah I let you get back to teaching sorry for interrupting I say as I get back on my bike and leave i sit on the roof of a random building looking at the stars in the sky.

I was thinking about why I was doing this i know my father is just wants cobra Kai for himself but I lived with him all my life but I feel like I'm doing this because I want to I'm doing this because I want my father to be happy again then I get a phone call from my dad I answer immediately.

" what's up" I said I to my dad "we're in" my dad says on the other line "wait were in cobra Kai" I said to him "yup and he agreed to take you as an student I gotta go see you tomorrow son" he said to me I said bye as I hang up "time to get to work" I say to myself.
