Prologue

They say we only fall in love with three people in our lives.

The first is puppy love. The love of fairy tales. The one we think will endure forever, but it won't. Because we'll soon discover that fairy tales don't exist.

The intense love is the second type of love. The kind of love that will turn your world inside out. The one with the most extreme highs. And then there's the lowest of lows. The one that will cause you so much pain because it will teach you to tell yourself what you want and don't want.

The unconditional love is the third type of love. The one who will stick around. The one who will fill us with love, adoration, safety, and security. The one we didn't see coming, but who will make us feel at home.

Then you came

It really hits me.

I wasn't looking for anything when i met you.

Actually, i wasn't planning on falling for anyone so soon.

But then you came into my life.

And that was it.

I guess things just happened.

I found you and I found myself wanting to spend more time with you.

It was simple.

And it was so easy.

I guess that's how the best relationships start.

When you're not looking for anything,

And then suddenly you realize, you have something.

Something worth keeping.
