Okay this one is a classic *chef's kiss* I love this song, had to do it. Remember requests are open in the comments.

Her smile was that of an angel's. So blissful, innocent, and gorgeous. This unexplainable joy that he would never experience. For brief moments, he experienced shreds of this joy when he saw that smile. This girl, with cherry red lips, flushed cheeks, dark chocolate hair and eyes of gold. A kindness and gracefulness even more precious than her physical characteristics. This girl, who lit his day aflame with hope.

"Delilah!" He called her name, and after a few last words with her friends, she glided over, amber eyes lit like smoldering flames.

She gave him a strange, confused, smile. Apprehensive and quiet, she shuffled closer, eyes wide.

Yet it wasn't he that called her name, it was another boy, whose smile was contagious as the wind itself. A joy in his eyes that could match hers.

Another day passed, another day lost.

And he watched as she laughed, edging closer to the blond boy, biting her lips shyly.

Their laughter; their joy, he noted this joy with a strange detachment, an emptiness such as drowning in the air itself.

Perhaps it was better this way. For his smile would never match the other boy's, his beauty, his laughter, would always never compare.

He would never be able to make her smile like that.
