Izuku's POV
I woke up a little late today as I was so tired yesterday from doing my online classes aswell as coming home late from work.
As I went to check the time, my eyes widen only to see it was 8:30 a.m "Oh my gosh! I am soo late Uraraka is going to kill me!" I said as I quickly put on my work uniform sprinting out of the house.
When I arrived at the Café I was slightly panting, I quickly went to work putting on my apron and going to the front area, on my way I saw uraraka "Good morning Uraraka-san" I said with my signature smile.
"Good morning Deku-kun! I thought I told not to come to work today because your heat is so close, plus you need to go shopping and prepare for your heat~" Uraraka said with a smirk, my eyes widen as I had completely forgotten about my up coming heat which had my face turning bright red when i realized what she said.
"U-U-Uraraka you can't just say embarrassing things like that! A-and you know I don't do those things!" I said, covering my flustered face with my hands. I was so embarrassed I rushed to the front to assist the customers, with Uraraka laughing at me in the back.
Time skip~
It was now 6pm and I just served my last customer, I looked out the Café window only to realize it was now dark outside which made me a bit uncomfortable but none the less I decided to clock out for the night since my shift was now over.
"Bye Uraraka-san see you tomorrow" I said with a big smile "Bye deku-kun walk home safely and dont forget what i said~" she said teasingly, "U-Ura!" I said as a blush quickly found its way unto my face at her words, when i was finally able to calm down I took a final glance at the Café before turning around and walking home.
While walking I started to pant lightly, "why is it suddenly getting so hot and why am a panting so much and why does my pants feel wet" I thought as I kept on walking.
I froze when I realized I just started my heat.
I started releasing heat pheromones which made me vulnerable to alphas knowing my location. I started to walk faster my mind slowly starting to get fuzzy and my inner omega begging me to find comfort in an alphas arms was not helping my situation, that's when i middle age man grabbed my wrists, and started to panic.
The man towered over me as he spoke "whats a little omega like you doing out here all alone in heat" he said with a smile that made me shiver as tears started to fill my emerald eyes.
My distressed pheromones started to fill the air was so strong that he loosened his grip on my wrist giving me the opportunity to escaped his grasp and run away.
"Hey! Get back here u bitch!" Izuku heard behind him as he continued to run before he succumbed to the effects of his heat.
He turned towards an alley way only to be trapped between the wall and the man drunk off his pheromones.
"HELP! PLEASE ANYONE! STAY AWAY FROM ME!" Izuku frantically shouted releasing distressed pheromones, as the man roughly grabbed izuku pushing up against his body "such a pretty omega begging to be fucked i'm gonna have so much fun with you" he said with a smirk as izuku's whole body trembled with fear, tears filled his eyes thinking he was going to get raped.

Just as the effects of his heat took over leaving him completely vulnerable, there was a powerful and dominant voice...
"STEP AWAY FROM HIM"
