Rory could tell that he was flustered so she took pity on the poor man and told him to show her the way to the living room. Maybe if they sat down and talked a bit he'd loosen up. Keeping her left arm around his she followed him in the direction he led her. "I noticed a few of the team weren't going with the others. Are they on other missions or something?"
"Rhodey is, but Vision and Maximoff are here somewhere." He tells her, briefly glancing down at her before looking straight ahead. A sudden breeze fluttered her hair and the next thing she knew standing at the end of the hall by the entrance of the living room was Pietro Maximoff.
"And who is this beautiful woman?" His accent was a little stronger than his sister's, but still easily understandable. Pietro flirts with her by winking and slightly flexing his chest and arms when he folds them across his chest. James slightly pulled her closer to him as his bright blue eyes turned grey as he glowered at the younger man.
"Your newest teammate. Aurora Donahue, but please call me Rory." She introduced herself with a little wave. "No need to guess who you are since there's only one speedster on the team."
He preened a bit with her already knowing who he was. Giving her a once over he lightly pushed away from the wall and came over to them. "It is very nice to meet you, Rory." She took in his athletic wear he must have been working out or was about to. "What, you don't like my clothes?" He asked, glancing down at his dark blue joggers and matching long sleeve under armor shirt when saw her looking at his outfit.
"No, just wondering if you were training." He shook his head no and frowned confused where she was going with this, but she had nothing else to say. She could tell he was a little defensive by his explanation.
"It's more comfortable when I run, which is all of the time." He glances over at James with a raised eyebrow. "We don't all dress in assassin chic like Bucky." Ah that's right, he preferred to go by his childhood nickname. She'd forgotten about that.
"Nothing wrong with assassin chic or athletic wear. Although assassin chic is very versatile. Hides blood better and looks sexy as hell on the right man.. or woman." She bites her lip as she looks up at Bucky. He looked more than pleased by her comment giving the speedster a smug smirk.
"You must be Agent Donahue." A British accented voice from behind her and Bucky called out to her. Turning Rory came face to face with the android that came from Tony and Dr Banner's accident that was Ultron.
"Yes I am. It's so nice to finally meet you in person, Vision." Stepping away from Bucky she walked over to give the man a firm handshake. They had been in contact via the phone and email the last month when Tony was too busy with meetings or more likely getting lost in his work in his workshop.
Vision had been helping her to get her transfer going so that it would be seamless. There was alot of work that went into moving from her last posting in London to New York. Smiling down at her the very tall man kindly asked, "How are you settling in?"
"Oh I just got up here." She explained when he tilted his head to the side in question. "Had to give my uncle a piece of my mind for standing me up, but I had to forgive Tony because he had a good excuse." He ahh'd in understanding with a small chuckle.
"Yes, the mission that came through just a little while ago. Time sensitive. I see you've met Sergeant Barnes and Mr Maximoff." Looking back over her shoulder at the men she smiled at them. Rory noted that Bucky was frowning at her, but shrugged it off.
"Yeah, Bucky was just giving me the tour and we bumped into Pietro." Before she could continue she was interrupted by the younger man.
"Uncle?" Turning to the side to be able to see them all she nodded.
